This place is amazing! The office is very clean and the Doctor is very professional and caring. The staff is super beautiful and they treat you very good every time you go. You can tell they care about you as a patient. I am so happy with my results thank you Dr. Robles and staff you are the BEST!

post op period WAS HORRIBLE, but for my procedure they were fast an efficient, I am more than 100 percent sure that Dr Robles knows what he is doing for BA and I love my results, I may not be the strongest person for pain but I do feel like he could of done more than prescribe ibuprofen for pain, I only had 15 pills of Percocet THE WHOLE TIME and I used them first few days, I also don't mean like more narcotics, but there has to be some other Rx he can prescribe to minimize the pain at least to make it tolerable, I had to go back to work 3 days after my surgery and I move a lot, I don't have the chance to sit at home and recover doing minimal arm exercises. I just wish I didn't have to go through such pain for recovery, also what bothers me is that I feel like I cant call and ask for something, I was thinking of going to my PCP and saying I was in pain, rather than calling his office knowing he probably wouldn't give me nothing (once again I do not mean narcotics) for pain. As a doctor he should know everyone is different and recover different. I wish he could of done a better job for Post op pain for the amount I paid to get this BA. It was horrible for me, I had hypersensitivity and was prescribed nothing for that, to him 2 months may seem like nothing while you heal but they seem eternal to me he is the WORST POST OP DOCTOR EVER AS FAR AS PAIN MANAGEMENT GOES AND HE WAS RUDE TO HIS NURSE AT THE SURGERY CENTER AND THAT MADE ME MAD, just because he is a surgeon does not make him better than his nurses we are all human and deserve respect specially in the work place infront of people . The only reason why I am putting all this down is so maybe if he sees this review he will think different and that some people are really in pain, over all he is a great surgeon and I would recommend him to any chick out there he knows what he is doing, and Lady is lovely and so courteous I LOVE TALKING TO HER when I call or go in, she seem genuinely nice and caring. I probably wont be changing the stars because of the pain I have to go through with minimum help, but the stars he does get is for being a great surgeon I am extremely happy I got the surgery done by someone who knows how to make implants look nice and like they are part of a womans body.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE, January 2017 I went in for a simple breast procedure and it is now gonna cost me near $14k to get the mess he made fixed. From the moment I woke up from surgery I knew something was wrong, next day on my post-op check-up I expressed my concern to Dr. Robles and he said it was normal, same thing happen after my 2 weeks check-up. I made an appointment at 2 & 4 months after and every time I expressed my concern and pointed out what was wrong; his response was "Is normal" .. I knew it was NOT normal like he said, the easiest way to describe what the result of my operation "I'm botched"... I had a 2nd & 3rd opinion from 2 excellent plastic surgeons and they both said the same thing, I'm botched, it is costing me a lot specially after just having to pay Dr. Robles for the procedure months ago. I would never recommend anyone waste their money here. For the amount of money spent, it is not worth it to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. Find a good doctor that values your time as well as a good surgery experience.
