Ok just because a surgeon did your surgery several years ago and your son does NOT mean you should expect him or she to do the same level of care as they did in the past. I want everyone to please read the current reviews on them and do your home work. Dr.Yang was quick to do surgery but then when complications arose he did not seem to care much and kept avoiding me and giving me his RUDE Doctor instead and hunting them down for test results is like looking for a needle in a hay stack and that terrible hospital Scottsdale Honor Health and staff worse place ever. I informed his office I did not appreciate him NOT taking back over my care when he was my surgeon and that it was time for us to part ways. I got a new surgeon as soon as I hung the phone up. I knew he would call and try to act like he finally had time for me after they notified him that I basically fired him.I expected him to say the bone scan was normal when we all know that just because it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck does not mean it is. I will make sure Medicare knows the pain and stress this has caused me and Scottsdale Hospital treatment too it was so bad they sent me two certified letters apologizing. I guess they thought I would lie down and take this unprofessional behaviour. I hope anyone reading this does not go there because they do not care about their patients especially if a problem arises , thanks for making my injury and trigger finger worse than I came in and it is the most excruciating pain in my entire life more than my previous 15 or so surgeries, yes you heard me right and so I am disabled and he did not even try to figure out the reason the trigger finger release surgery failed miserably and nor did he enquire to my knowledge of what happened in the Hospital the day he admitted me for test before my surgery on 7/31/2017 and oh yeah after I screamed over and over the stitches hurt as he was taking them out over 3 weeks after surgery. I get home pain increased as I was showering and burning took a selfie of palm and blew pic up only to find two stitches they left in and after reading a review of a previous patient this seems to happen more than once. I would give them a ZERO rating if it was a option. I look forward to my first Appt with my new Dr soon. .

Susana S. at the front desk was incredibly rude. When we asked her to verify the insurance she asked, why would I do that. If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. She sat there completely uninterested in her job and made us call from our cell phone and then hand the call to her boss. Clearly customer service at this facility is of no importance. Susana should be fired and thus taught a lesson on how to treat people. I see their rating is just over one star so it's obvious the problems here start with the front desk and continue throughout.

The lady at the front desk susana was absolutely horrible!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! This place only survives because it accepts state insurance and susana acts like a welfare worker who hates the people she sees all day!!!!! Worse than the dmv, I can't believe susana still has a job. DO THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE NOT SEE THE AWFUL REVIEWS!!!!!

As I have read other reviews that seem to be negative, I do not feel these comments represent my experience at all. I was seen in a timely manner and every staff member I encountered, front desk, x-ray tech., Assistants, we're professional friendly and conveyed a good mood, I was called from the waiting area at appointment time and check-in was office is busy and the assistants seem to keep the Dr s moving. Took time to answer my questions, had a good experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place was a terrible experience from the beginning.... Here is my experience...its long so get comfortable... My husband flipped his race car in casa grand and was taken by ambulance to Chandler regional medical center bc he was a trauma victim. Found out he had eye damage and broke both arms. We were infoemed that he would need plates and screws put in both arms. This was a Saturday night. They said there is a surgeon Dr. Lui that is available to do the surgery. At this point everything is out of network but he was a trauma patient so it didnt matter. They didn't perform his surgery until Sunday evening around 6pm...he was out of the hospital after a few days. They prescribed him enough pain meds only for 4 days.....2 broken arms and surgery on both and that's all he got...so come that Wednesday I called to get more so they had time to do it before he ran out. A nurse never got back to me...called back that Friday and they said the only person that can prescribe narcotics was not in so it would have to wait until Monday. I said he can't wait til Monday his pain was outrageous still. She said then I guess u need to take him to a urgent care....did t care at all. Then the next week on Tuesday I finally got a call back. By that point I remedied the situation myself. Then we see the doc that same week and the experience is just terrible each visit and follow up...they said they would get his physical therapy referral going and he would need to start that asap. The next appt they asked how it was going and I said we haven't started bc u never got the referral to them....so he missed 4 weeka of therapy. the one in may they forgot to charge me for the xray. So they flagged my account and when we came into the office today for our followup I paid the previous xray bill of 85. But of course she wouldn't accept my money until my husband was done checking in on the iPad....why Idk. Then it was a new doctor that was seeing us for this checkup...this is the 3rd doc during this whole process. He came in and looked at the xray and said ya it looks good. Points to a random spot on the xray and said ya see how the bone grew anx healed....it wasn't even where the break was...I was baffled...then he wanted to look at the arm....he looks over at me (not my husband) and said let me see the left arm.....I said ya its my his and that had the injury.....oh ok haha....WHAT IN THE WORLD! HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THE CHART BEFORE HE CAME INTO SEE HIM. So our visit with him lasted a whole 5 minutes and we leave and get to checkout and she said I owe 65 for today's visit that his post op has ended last month. I said I disny know anything about this and no one said anything to me about it at the last visit...they said it was in the paperwork I signed 4 months ago....like wouldn't you give someone a courteous reminder...then she had me sign something saying that the visit was 65 and if the doc had to do more than what that covered they would bill me the rest...I said I better not get a bill he tried examining the wrong peraon and spent a whole t minutes with us...and the nurse that seen him before the doc came in looked at him and said are there any bandages that we have to take off....like seriously...he is sitting in front of you with a t shirt on and his arms on the desk with no bandages...unless there invisible....no there are no bandages... Overall this was by far the most terrible experience ever....rude,not following up, not taking the time to actually care about the patient...my his and said that he feels like a cow being shoved thru a slaughter house.... Terrible. Just avoid this place at all cost.
