Stay Away!

This place is terrible. Went a few months ago and had to wait forever for my appointment. Then to top it off she doesn't want to listen to what you want, just does as she pleases. Also make sure you have your pricing set in stone before letting them do any work on you. In the end I just did the Botox and it hardly lasted and literally only worked on my upper forehead. I think it would have been extremely beneficial had Ms. Roma at least knew how to speak English to her clients that come down for dental work. I understand that it is in Mexico and am fine with the language barrier, I need to make the effort to learn the language myself. But I'm not running a business that caters to American patients that come in. The only one I seen there that spoke somewhat English was the receptionist. A lot can be lost in translation and your definitely don't want that happening during any type of medical procedure.

BEWARE!!

This woman shouldn’t even have a license. I would actually love to know her credentials since I can’t seem to find them anywhere online. If you’re going across the border just a heads up. I asked for Botox and fillers. The two lines between my eyes I understand that she didn’t want to do. Someone that’s not too qualified will usually not go anywhere near that. I was fine with that but still wanted to go ahead with the Botox on my forehead and filler on my chin. She proceeds to put these long needles through the bottom of chin up throughout the top by my frown lines. While having two of her assistants on each side of me holding some kind of vibrating thing to my face. I’m telling her to stop that this isn’t the filler that I had requested. When doing the Botox she literally did my whole forehead in about 15 seconds.

Me gusta que me traten bien y que me den el mejor servicio, a buen precio y con productos de buena calidad, ademas de que sea un Doctor especialista quien realice el tratamiento, es muy importante mi rostro ya que me dedico a la venta de casas, y mi imagen es muy importante, me siento muy satisfecha y la recomiendo, solo tengan paciencia, los resultados son graduales, pero valen 1000% la pena, porque son naturales y hermosos, he vuelto a sonreír. Es muy fácil de llegar esta por la calle de la linea de carros y el teléfono es 928 554 7310. Pregunta por la Dra Romo y Dalissa es muy amable te sentirás en casa y segura.

At age 64 I had my first Hydrafacial today. I didn't know what to expect since I didn't research the procedure in advance. It just sounded like it was safe and lovely. I used WhatsApp for initial contact, Romo's office was very responsive, friendly & accommodating I had no idea how thorough the facial would be, all in a good way. They do a solid for sure! The day went well with an easy walk across the border after staying at the safe & secure native American RV park right near the border entrance. I've been neglecting my skin via many years in the outdoors, dusty deserts, woodsy dirt, swimming in oceans with lack of sunscreen, forgetting my hat often.... I have fair intolerant skin with frequent Rosacea outbreaks, so they had a challenge on their hands! I was happy with the outcome after one treatment. Pleased, knowing that I wasn't ready for anything more drastic "yet"?. Bought a few products for known skin conditions that I have. I'm actually considering more in depth treatments after I do some more research. If I had a life do over, I would have started treating my skin better in my younger years :) Reina did the bulk of my treatment process, yet the ladies on Adriana's team work together to make a calm & professional environment. They were very helpful with my questions, polite & provided a very relaxing experience. I will definitely go back!

I highly recommend Dr. Romo for Botox! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about facial aesthetics and took the time to explain what would work best for my features. I loved my natural-looking results, and I appreciated that FDA-approved products were used. Her assistants were also kind, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience even better.

I had an absolutely amazing experience in Algodones, Mexico! My HydraFacial was so refreshing and left my skin glowing. I also got Botox and lip filler with Dr. Adriana Romo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Adriana Romo and her team are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The clinic is spotless, and they make you feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me is how they follow up afterward they actually call to check on you and make sure you’re happy with everything. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality treatments and a team that genuinely puts their patients first!

I have been going to Dr. Adriana Romo's office for many years for various different treatments. Her services are excellent and cutting edge, using some of the newest technologies available along with the industries time-tested, best of the best treatments. Her prices, especially her specials, ensure I will continue to go to a spa that offers everything I want at prices I want to spend. I know Dr. Romo continues to obtain additional international training and professional development from industry leading professionals to bring the best to her clients. With an industry that is constantly advancing and making breakthroughs in anti-aging esthetics, I trust Dr. Romo and her staff to provide me with the best options available on the market. Her staff are fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and so gentle as well. Don't worry if you do not speak English. This office is staffed with English speakers.

The ladies who work here are amazing! Super nice, super informative, really make my appointments easy! The doctor was so helpful when I was trying to decide which services were right for my needs. I never felt pressured or anything, just listened to and given great advice! I’ve had two appointments, three more to go, and I’m so glad I chose this clinic! They speak English well and are patient with my slow Spanish. Very clean clinic and professional staff. I highly recommend choosing this clinic! (Services I used: laser hair removal, enzyme injections for loose skin, cool sculpting)
