I had a limpoma for decades by my waste. I finally decided to have it removed and had a consultation with Dr Bene. I was give the 2 options to have it removed, "in-office" or in a surgical setting. Dr Bene assured me we could do this procedure in-office. My procedure took about 30 minutes and was totally pain free with local anesthesia. LP Becky assisted Dr. Bene and did a fine job of finishing the procedure. The atmosphere was pleasant, the interactions very professional and comforting. I waited a week for my follow-up and all was well. Not only did this whole process go as smoothly and comfortably as one could hope, my lab results were ready when I arrived for my follow-up. I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone looking for advice, an evaluation or a complete procedure. This was a very good experience.

Brooke, the esthetician, is amazing!!!! She spends the time explaining in detail the services available to help my specific issue (acne scars in my case). This place is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I had a broken finger and they said I needed surgery and had me wait for almost 3 hours just so they could look at a picture. I got a second opinion from an actual hospital and didn’t need surgery. They just want your money! Worst staff as well they were very rude!

I had gone to Monarch probably 7 years ago now to have laser hair removal done on my back. I was very young, and at the time had not yet discovered that I have hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). I don't remember who did the laser hair removal unfortunately, but she noticed a scar while doing the hair removal on my back, and ultimately she ended up recognizing my disease. She had treated many people (mostly men, though, she said) for the disease with laser hair removal. She had offered to treat me for free as part of a package with my back, and I went through three or so treatments. Seven years later, I have fine, un-seeable hair on my back and that's it. Never had to touch-up. I went from being terrified of my shirt riding up on my back while sitting down in chairs at school to now I can wear a bikini if I want! Alongside this, the laser hair removal made a HUGE impact on my pain levels from HS. I so desperately wish I remembered her name, as she made such a difference in my life long-term. I had been to countless doctors to figure out my disease, none of which could do anything for me, but she gave me such a gift of ease from my pain. I am so grateful for this place. Thank you SO much Monarch!

I love this place, the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Michelle took care of me for 3 treatments 2 chemical peels and micro laser peel. My first appointment she took the time to talk to me and examine my skin. She was very helpful and had good input on what she thought I should do. Although I wish I took her advice on the micro needling and gone with that instead. I also told her about my Crooked lips from a different place and she brought a Dr. who specializes in fillers to check it out which was super nice that I didn't need to schedule a consult and was able to get the information right then and there. Michelle was great and I can't wait till I have the funds to actually see her again because Im totally going to do a series of micro-needling like she suggested. I would recommend this place it's very clean accommodating and the staff was friendly.
