I've waited over a year to write this review because I sincerely wanted to give my skin a fair chance to heal. I visited Roth's office for botox several times, which went fine. Katy suggested an IPL to help lighten my freckles & melasma, which I had gotten as a side effect of birth control a couple years before. The IPL not only significantly burned my skin (I have permanent scars), but made the melasma significantly worse. Now I know IPL is CONTRAINDICATED for melasma. Not professional or comp.

this doctor lied to me and said he would make my nose done right. it’s now compromised blood flow and crooked with scar tissue. he is not an ENT. he is not facial board certified. i am botched by him and he doesn’t want to refund me. look at what he did to my nose. also it’s been already 6 months. this is so abnormal, the blood flow is permanently compromised by his botched nose job. it is crooked. the right side is filled with scar tissue. it cannot ever be fixed. this is permanent damage. he needs to refund my money. #drforrestroth

West Ave Plastic Surgery is amazing! After having my 16 month old daughter, I noticed that the lines/wrinkles on my forehead were significantly more noticeable and I looked tired all of time from my eyebrows drooping (and let's face it, I have a toddler at home so I AM tired all of the time). I met with Bri Collins and she answered all of my questions and I went ahead with dysport injections on my forehead. I am SO pleased with the results. Not only are the wrinkles virtually gone in only 6 days, but the procedure lifted my eyebrows in a natural way and I no longer look tired all the time! Thanks Bri, see you in a few months!

Dr Roth is the best plastic surgeon in the Houston area. Why? The man is so caring and honest. He listens and connects with his patients. I never feel like my appointments are just a formality. The whole office reflects his appreciation for patient service. He's family to me. Three years I have had the pleasure knowing him and his wonderful staff. Dr. Roth and his staff at West Ave Plastic Surgery are phenomenal. I've been a patient of theirs for over three years. Their level of customer service is top notch and the skill and artistry with which Dr. Roth preforms his services is exceptional. I've referred a number of family and friends to his practice as well and they have all been extremely pleased with their results.
