I HIGHLY recommend Dr Rubinstein. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists the same day at my request. Both he and his staff are friendly and professional. I have been a critical care RN for many many years, and I feel very comfortable with their service.

I was initially very impressed with the office and service given. Then my insurance company was billed for services not rendered. If my deductible had been met, my insurance company would have paid for these charges. I called the office, before receiving the bill, and Rose said "they only bill what is in the doctor's notes". His notes were wrong. We discussed these procedures ONLY, nothing was done. She spoke with the doctor, and called me back a few days later. All charges were reversed, but I'm leery of trusting him again.

I was out of town for a few days and when I returned I found that my 83 year old father had injured his right hand. Due to complications from a blood thinner, his hand had a huge hematoma and was still dripping blood from the wound which had happened two days earlier. His primary doctor referred us to Dr. Rubenstein. Dr. Rubenstein wedged us into his schedule around 3:30 PM. After seeing how critical the hand was, Dr. Rubenstein canceled his evening plans in order to perform emergency surgery on my fathers hand. My father lost the skin on the entire back of his hand. He scheduled a skin graft for a week later and performed the skin graft then. Today, Dr. Rubenstein released my father and declared the graft a 100% success! I cannot thank him enough for sacrificing his personal life so that my father could be healed. I don't know what may have happened had he not intervened so quickly and effectively. His staff is also phenomenal. Whenever there we had a question it was answered, whenever we needed a prescription refill we got it, whenever we needed a certain appointment time we got it. I could go on and on, but enough said. You can't go wrong if you go with Dr. Rubenstein!
