Botox time! My favorite nurse Lisa Derita has been working on my face for 8 years. I trust her! Take one good luck at her face and you'll know why! You can't tell how old she is or if she's had any work done! So many times I walk into Dr offices and see faces that don't move or plumped full of fillers! I don't want to look like that! I usually just get my forehead and in between my eyes done. This time I decided to let her be the judge. I told her I wanted to look like my Facetune picture app but she said that wasn't going to happen! She decided to do very little on the side of my eyes to fill in the wrinkles when I smile. I've noticed lines above my lips. I use straws when I drink coffee! I showed those to her and her reply, "Jennifer, baby steps." I guess that means I'm going to be seeing her often. Let's talk about pain. I always jerk when the needle goes in and it stings a little but nothing like above your lip!! OUCH! She only did one line! I can tell this will be a long summer! I have to go back in 4 weeks for a little more. Enough about me! If you have never gotten Botox before I definitely suggest you see Lisa. If you have gotten Botox and it turned out horribly I definitely suggest you go see Lisa. Just make the call!

I have gone to Dr.Barrett for over 18 years for fillers and Botox. I continued to go there even after I moved to Rocklin, Ca. The commute time was 4 hours round trip. My last visit I purchased some product. We did not use it all at that visit, which was not uncommon. When I phoned to set a time to return and use it,front desk informed me there would be a 75.00 fee to return and use the product that was paid for. Front office informed me the policy had changed months ago. At the time of my visit the nurse had recommended we save product for future use. I was not told if you will be charged $75.00 to use it. Front office then explained it was on the form I signed. The form has been the same for many years. I own the fact I should have re-read it!! Also I feel the office out of courtesy could have pointed it out. I did ask if I could have grace just this once. Or even partial fee.I know I don't spend an astronomical amount. Yet I have been a long time faithful client. The front office sent a message to Dr.Moulten Barrett. I never received a call back. Today I received a call. Front desk informing me I have product. When would I like to come in and use it. I inform front desk I left a message a month ago and was waiting to hear back if they would please waive my $75.00 Front desk said "oh yeah I was supposed to call you back.,.Dr said you signed it you need to pay it." As a business owner myself I understand customer service. I am disappointed. I won't be returning and I surly don't feel like I valued client. Thank you Natalie Kendrick

I work for Mr Moulton Barrett for 5 years watching his patients with abdominal plasty. I'm proud to say everyone I have watched has been very happy. I referrer all my friends that are maybe thinking about having this surgery. Working with his staff is delightful, Cathy in his Alameda office is extremely knowledge and very sweet. Brentwood office the nurses are great for any type of filler, Botox.

From consult to post op care, I felt like I was a priority. I had a huge Sebaceous Cyst removed from the side of my face. From the onset, I was told about a scar from both a dermatologist and my primary care physician. Dr Moulton-Barrett suggested a course of action that would minimize the scar along natural lines. I must say that even the day of surgery, I saw a great deal of improvement. It'll be a few months before the redness is gone, but oh my god... this procedure was the best thing to do. While it was a referral, I had two, I chose to go with Dr Moulton-Barrett and I am well pleased.
