I researched quite a few doctors before choosing Dr. Kachenmeister. I was recommended to him by a friend of a friend who had her breast augmentation done by him. His warmth, professionalism, knowledge, skill and wonderful bed-side manner instantly put me at ease and gave me the extra confidence I needed to go forward with having a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. My experience with him has exceeded my expectations, and he and all the ladies in his office were so nice and patient with answering all of my questions. On the day of surgery it was so reassuring to hear from quite a few of the nurses that work at the Newport Surgery Center that Dr. Kachenmeister had done their tummy tucks and breast augmentations and they were all very pleased with their results. The recovery process was much easier than I had expected and Dr. K was there for me every step of the way, communicating with me daily by text and/or phone over the holidays. They even opened the office for me on New Year’s Eve so I could have my first drain removed. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kachenmeister for over 4 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his entire staff. He is such a great doctor and person. I highly recommend him and his office. I have referred friends and family and they feel the same. It is so hard to find a good doctor and I feel very lucky!

THIS DOCTOR'S PRACTICE ENGAGES IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY! Please go to my profile and see the review of his partner Daniel B Kim as well. Dr Kachenmeister's practice, Plastic Surgery Associates of Orange County, is beyond unethical. His practice engages in illegal activity. Since Sept 6, 2017 this doctor's practice has illegally withheld my overpayment of $6165 and despite my many requests to return my money, has only offered to return the $6165 if I signed away all my right against this practice. I refused to do so. In retaliation this doctor's practice illegally continues to retain my money. I will sending an intent to sue letter this month, Dec 2017, to return the $6165. this doctor's practice is illegally withholding from me. If my $6165. is not returned to me by the last day of Dec 2017 I will file to have both these doctors of this practice appear in court, and be held accountable for illegally retaining my money. Along with his partner Kim, in Jan 2018bI will report this doctor to the medical board for allowing his practice to engage in illegal activity of withholding my $6165 because I will not sign away my rights against this practice. I will not be forced to sign anything to have my $6165 returned to me. THAT IS ILLEGAL! Dr Kachenmeister also saw me for post surgical care. He witnessed first hand the shocking results of my breasts after his partner's long term gross negligence. Dr Kachenmeister also wrote doctor's notes of this visit I retained. Therefore, I am entitled to review this doctor and report his practice's consent to illegal activity. In Dec 2017 I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for its illegal activity.

Dr. K is not only a brilliant Cosmetic Surgeon but also a compassionate and caring man. He carefully listens to my concerns and genuinely shows that he cares about me. Dr. K is never rushed and takes time with his patients. He makes you his number one priority. I needed a procedure done on my face so I was very concerned about what the scar would look like. Dr. K explained the procedure in detail to me and answered all my question. After Dr. K performed my procedure on my face, there are no signs of a scar. Dr. K is a perfectionist! He is a Master at Minimizing Scars. If you want the best possible outcome from your cosmetic procedure, Dr. K is the only surgeon you should consider. You can always count on Dr. K to go the extra mile to make his patients happy. He genuinely wants to give you the best result. It is so comforting to have Dr. K for my doctor because has proven to be a man of integrity and kindness. His staff is extremely warm, friendly and professional. His staff makes you feel like family. Dr. K's office is run very efficiently and he does not make his patients wait which is so refreshing. Dr. K is easily accessible to his patients and his staff are extremely responsive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr K. because he is absolutely the BEST Cosmetic Surgeon and just an Awesome and Caring doctor! I took the time to write this review because I know how hard it is for people to find a doctor that can be trusted and you can trust Dr. K. Please don't hesitate to call for a free consultation because you will adore Dr.K and his entire staff. My only regret is that I had not made my appointment for a consultation sooner.
