Worse customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Kathy does not return phone calls. She answers the phone and promises to call back but never does. I have been trying to get an update for over 3 weeks. I called as recently as this morning and spoke to Kathy and was told that she would review my files and call me back within 30 minutes.... Itâ€™s 8 hours later and Iâ€™m still waiting for her call me back. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. The doctor is great but his staff needs training. If you care about receiving good care you might want to think twice about dealing with this office. Itâ€™s an absolute nightmare trying to get answers!!

The moment I heard the words that I had breast cancer was one of the most scariest times of my life. Having Dr Seify as my reconstruction surgeon made this experience more easily taken. I was worried that having a double mastectomy was going to make me feel less like a woman. Dr Seify was and continues to be so caring about the situation I was about to encounter. He was very detailed in how he presented what my journey was about to be. When I had my days of not feeling great, he was there to keep me positive. Every situation is manageable, but when you have a great doctor it makes it so much better. I'm grateful to Dr Seify and his staff for all they did to make me feel comfortable. I was greeted with a smile every time I walked through the doors. He and my breast cancer surgeon (who had never met) worked well together as a team. I can't say enough good things about Dr Seify. Thank you Dr Seify for making sure I continue to feel and look like a woman.

I went through 25 years of grief and and 6 botched up surgeries. When i went to Dr. Seify's office he cared about me when no one else did suffering from poland syndrome. I look normal now and i have an even bustline! Its been 6 years and I am still so happy about my results. Thank you Dr. Seify for giving me back my life. Julia Woodrow
