Dr. Green is the BEST Doctor I've ever had and I've had many! To call him "unprofessional" is a bizarre insult! If you're a grown man but you whine like a baby, then you should be refused as a patient. My surgery at St. Joseph Hospital was a comfortable experience because of the Trust they instilled in me. I'm sure that if you are fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Green, you will feel the same as I do!

I have had several surgeries performed by Dr. Green. He has always been a great doctor. I tell him he is an artist. He says what he does is more like construction. I believe that both are true. On June 15, 2016, I had a surgery and as usual it went well and Dr. Green was great. He stayed in daily contact with me by cell phone and I felt well taken care of. On June 25th I tripped and fell down causing my wound to rupture along my surgical incision. My husband and I were able to get in touch with Dr. Green immediately. He called ahead to the emergency room to let them know my situation and that I was in route. This was great because I did not have to wait to be seen at the St. Joseph ER which is a rare occurrence there! I was escorted right in and seen very quickly. Dr. Green came to the hospital to asses me and scheduled me for emergency surgery the next morning. This was a huge relief to say the least because I was terrified of having any other doctor but him stitch me up. It could have ended up looking very ugly if he had not performed the surgery. The next morning he did my surgery which consisted of hundreds of stitches in layers and, of course, it went smoothly. Once again, he stayed in contact with me, texting me nearly every day. I would note that the staff at St. Joe’s Hospital were very surprised to find out that I had Dr. Green’s cell phone number. Apparently, this level of care is not the practice of most doctors! A week later I got an infection. He had me come into his office on Fourth of July to take care of me. I have also seen him on the weekends. Dr. Green's care for me has been nothing short of exceptional. I have referred friends and family (including my mom) to him without hesitation. Not only is Dr. Green an exceptional, professional doctor, he is down to earth and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but him.

I went to Robert Green for the initial consultation. First, I wondered why he was going on and on about a procedure I had told him I was already familiar with - and that I just wanted the price for the procedure. After about 15 minutes, I was ushered out - and I had not been told that the consultation would be $175! Later, I looked at his site online, and it said that the initial consultation is supposed to be a full hour. I feel ripped off, number one, because I wasn't told how much the initial consultation is in advance, and number two - because I was charged for an HOUR but it was only 15 minutes. After three letters, no response from Dr Green, he's taking the money and running. Very unprofessional!
