I have had nothing but a positive experience here in the Temecula office staff is extremely nice Dr Jaz did a wonderful job, it’s exactly what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable with the whole experience.

Jennifer the one who books the appointment is the rudest person I ever had to deal with on the phone I couldn't make it to two of my 6 paid appointments which I said to not worry about rescheduling since I asked in the past just to make it easier on them I said whatever appointment I cannot make just counted like I made it so basically I'm losing treatment but it's because it's my fault for not being able to show that day make the long story short I am on my 4th appointment driving through the location I'm texting Jennifer to let her know if it's okay if I come 10 minutes behind I receive a call right away from her being very sassy on the phone disrespecting me by speaking over my voice and always keep speaking about the past telling me how wasn't able to show to my appointment that it happened twice already and I said why are we even speaking about that when I'm losing those appointment is just the same as if I came you do not have to reschedule it for me you are not giving me any favor and I paid for it why are you speaking about that for some strange reason she really wanted to argue. When I met with one of her co-worker she told me I'm sorry that you had to experience that she must had a bad day. I really don't believe that this is customer service and I really don't believe that I deserve that when I basically just ask in advance if it's okay to be 10 minutes late when actually I was 2 minutes earlier than my appointment today I just heard that it created frustration in me and make me stressed out when I'm driving for no reason when I had to wait almost minutes in the waiting room anyway the girl who treats me is wonderful just a sweetheart and jennifer is at the front I am planning on sending my experience to their supervisor before I share it with the world because this is not fair at all I did not deserve that kind of treatment when all I did was asking a simple question yes or no was plenty instead of arguing with me

Very rude customer service. I was given a number by two other BH stores for the Temecula locations phone number. One day I called 5 times throughout the day and finally got a hold of someone (she did not tell me there was another number to call). Three days later I called again to set up an appointment, called 4 times and no answer. The next morning I got a call back from that number, it was a lady letting me know they do not have a receptionist and everyone has her cellphone number so to please refrain from calling 13 times a day. Then talked me out of even making an appointment.

I would highly recommend Dr Kincaid to anyone. I am very happy with my results. I was doubting myself in maintaining my shape, but I been able to keep my new look for over two years. I've finally had the courage to start donating my larger size 14 clothes to charity. Loving my size 6-8!!!
