Dr Gupta has been an outstanding surgeon performing 3 delicate operations over the last 2 years. Thank you for your skill and bedside manners. 🙏🤗👍 Jan

I went in for a consult and was given an honest assessment which included a recommendation against two procedures that I initially wanted. I was offered a non-surgical option to fix a cosmetic problem on my face and I am ecstatic with the results! Dr. Gupta was kind, gentle, honest and caring and I will be recommending him as a trustworthy health partner to everyone I know!

There are no words to describe the love and gratitude I feel for Dr. Gupta and his team. I suffered a traumatic facial injury almost 2 months ago. I thought my face would never look the same and that I would be scarred for life. Thanks to Dr. Gupta's amazing work and dedication my face looks normal, I feel beautiful and my scar is close to faded. Not only is he extremely talented but his care and his team were some of the most compassionate I've ever met. I felt safe and cared for in his care. I am forever gratefull!

I was diagnosed with DCIS Breast Cancer in my left breast and had a mastectomy in early 2013. My breast cancer surgeon gave me a lumpectomy at first, but after the pathology reports came out, there were still positive margins remaining, thus, I opted for a mastectomy on my left breast. My breast surgeon was and is great. So, since I was going for a mastectomy this time around, my breast surgeon referred me to Dr. Gupta for the reconstructive surgery part (when his office was in Encinitas before the move to Solana Beach). He explained to me that it could take a year process - this was in April 2013. He really pumped me up with how "great I will look when he's done with me", etc, etc. I bought into the "hype" of his optimism. I was to finally go through my last breast reconstructive surgery to be scheduled in July 2014. I had my pre-op appointment with him in May or June of 2014. and Dr. Gupta said we will do the final reconstructive surgery in the beginning of July 2014. I should have been done with all of this by Feb. 2013 and was ready to get back on with my life. Well, Annette dropped the ball and never contacted me back with a surgery date. During this time, I did not know Dr. Gupta was transitioning his practice to Solana Beach. Because of the duration I have had to "wait" for Annette to call me - I lost my insurance, which was awesome insurance the end of July 2014. I then had to change to Medi-Cal, which Dr. Gupta DOES NOT accept. Now, I have been stuck with completely crooked, left breast too high and my cleavage is far to the right. Dr. Gupta also left me with this scar tissue on my left breast. Well, I found a GREAT PLASTIC SURGEON finally at UCSD with Dr. Anne Wallace - she's well respected and has been in this specialty. My first visit with her went like this: "Oh my, you're a mess. He clearly went too high on my left breast and my cleavage is totally crooked. She asked me who my previous breast reconstructive surgeon was and I told her Dr. Gupta. She is the director of UCSD plastic surgery and since my boobs are soooo messed up, she has to clean up Dr. Gupta's unfinished mess. Anyone going through breast cancer has hope to be as best as we can be under the circumstances of having breast cancer. Dr. Gupta and Annette LEFT ME HANGING with a BOTCHED job. I really believed in you Dr. Gupta, but you really let me down.
