Dr. Black is an amazing surgeon. He did reconstruction on my lips after a bad dog bite. I can't say enough about him. The one down side is dealing with his office manager Vanessa. She is rude, abrasive and made a very stressful time in my life even worse. I have recommended Dr. Black to a couple people with a HUGE warning about her. The other two girls in the office are so warm and friendly. The work Dr. Black did on my face was amazing. I have minimal scaring. The before and afters are astonishing. I am ever grateful to this man. I would've continued on with him for future electives but I cant deal with this woman.

I highly recommend Dr. Black as a plastic surgeon. He has a very compassionate bedside manner. He answered all of my questions; explained the surgery and the risks. His after care following my surgery was the best. He took his time with each appointment. I never felt rushed. The office staff was warm and welcoming.

Dr. Black was the best doctor I could have asked for! He checked up on me in person twice on the day of surgery, and at least once a day for couple days following. I've never had a doctor care as much as Dr. Black did. 100% recommend to anyone

I personally had an amazing experience with Dr. Black. He is caring, smart, and made recommendations based on what he thought would look best in conjunction with what I wanted. The result was fabulous and looked completely natural.

My experience with Dr. James Black was Horrible. All this doctor wanted was my insurance money. He did not care about me at all. He did a lot of stuff to my breast that I did not need, just to get more money from my insurance.. doctor Black is a liar and I trusted this doctor with my breast surgery and he damaged my breast . I've been living a nightmare sense he did my surgery 2 years ago. Because of him I haven't been able to find another doctor that I could trust to fix my Breast. What he did to me is a long story, but all I can say is that he cut my stomach skin to put on my breast when that was not needed so now I have a breast that looks ugly and a scar on my stomach with lumpy dead tissue because of what he did, there's so much more to my situation, but all i want to do is, to warn people about him. I only gave him 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without a rating! He deserves nothing!
