Dr. Pearson is amazing, ethical and very professional. He takes the time to explain to you everything and makes made sure I was very comfortable during the procedure/surgery. I highly recommend him.

I got my mole removed from my upper lip by Dr. James Pearson and I have to share that the results are truly awesome. I had the mole on my upper lip for years (I am 36 years old). It always bothered me very much. Not so much because of the way it looked, but more so because the texture and the feeling each time my upper lips and lower lips would come in contact. It always felt like I had this permanent pimple on the corner of my lip sticking out and I truly hated that feeling. I have been wanting to remove it for a very long time, but I was always really nervous about 2 things: The scar that could possibly be left there after the removal. The needled that need to be used for the removal. Today, (6 weeks after the removal at Dr. Jamese's office,) I couldn't be happier with the results! My lips look so smooth and it's like the mole was never there. Also, Dr. Pearson was very professional and patient throughout the whole procedure. His assistant Claire is wonderful. Very helpful and patient. The atmosphere is such that you want to return for other treatments. I strongly recommend it!

The best plastic surgeon I have been to. My family and I refuse to go to anyone but him. I fly from the east coast just to go to him for procedures. From day one he has made me feel super comfortable and his bed side manners are absolutely amazing. He explains everything throughly and never leaves any questions unanswered. He truly cares about all of his patients and his post op care is outstanding. He is truly concerned about his patients and will go out of his way to make sure his patients are comfortable. I trust him fully and I am happy to have found him. I recommend him to everyone I know because his work is amazing and his personality, demenour and care is top-notch. Also, his patient coordinator is super helpful and sweet!

My overall experience working with Dr. James M. Pearson was wonderful. I was impressed in more ways than one and am pleased and excited to share my experience. First of all, I would like to make a comment about his office location in Hermosa Beach, California. It is truly amazing. His staff, the atmosphere with beachy decor and calming background music all give it a tranquil, safe and private feel. (I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that the actual patient's chair overlooks a grand view of the Pacific Ocean.) This all added a feeling of ease to my initial fear about the procedure. I was touched by Dr. Pearson's caring, attentive and professional disposition. He was nonintimidating and made sure all my questions were answered. He talked me through and made me aware of every step in the procedure before I physically experienced it. I, with out a doubt, felt I could trust him just by conversing with him. My procedure went pleasantly smooth and was shorter than I had expected it would be. In addition, I felt no pain, aside from the little shots to numb the area. But above all, words cannot express the excitement I felt when I finally looked into the mirror after the procedure was complete. I remember saying "Wow" over and over again! He made me look like an angel. Dr. Pearson is an amazing surgeon and he did a fantastic job of making me look and feel beautiful. I left his office with a smile that I do not think will ever go away! I highly recommend him and plan to go back if ever a cosmetic procedure is necessary in my future. Thank you for letting me share.

I have had gauged ear lobes for a few years and decided I needed a more professional look. Before I got around to searching online, I found Dr. Pearson through word of mouth by someone who insisted that I didn't need to look any further. When I spoke to the staff they made me feel comfortable enough to schedule surgery the same day as our consultation. Dr. Pearson's office is clean, with a beautiful view that makes surgery less stressful. Since I have never had any broken bones, surgery, or even a set of small stitches so you can imagine how nervous I was. When I met Dr. Pearson he eased my anxiety by answering all my questions and explaining each step of the process very clear with a friendly yet professional attitude. By the time I was getting my surgery I was not nervous and also eased by choosing some of my own music to listen to and it was finished with no pain. . The aftercare was clear for this kind of surgery , but Dr. Pearson called often to make sure everything was okay. One week after having stitches I was excited to get them removed so quick. At this point I was amazed at how clean and fast my ears have been healing after one week. Two weeks after surgery I took off the tape and like magic my ear lobes looked so nice with such small incision scaring. After my experience with Dr. Pearson I understand why my friend was so enthusiastic about referring me here, because he is so good at what he does and nice about it too. He treats his patients with much care and makes you feel comfortable. It was well worth the small drive a little far from where we live. I am more than happy with the results and will continue to come back for any future work. I highly recommend Dr. Pearson because he is by far one of the best Facial Plastic surgeons out there and really made me feel cared about and secure.
