I was very happy with Dr Salazar he did my breast reconstruction after breast cancer we are not finished but almost there he makes you feel comfortable and answers every questions. He Takes his time and does not rush you in and out I think that was better for me he make me feel very at ease every operation I had with him itâ€™s a long process but itâ€™s worth having Dr Salazar do it. I would recommend him to anybody that ask. From 1 to 10 I rate him a 15. Thank you Dr Salazar you made me feel complete again

My entire experience with Dr Salazar has been amazing. He has great bedside manner and answered every question I had. Which was a lot haha. My breast augmentation went amazing! My results couldn't be better. His staff is also really nice! He gave me his cell number in case I ever had any problems or questions and I was even surprised with flowers when I returned after surgery. I def recommend him for any of your surgery desires. I had concerns at first cause his name isn't out there in the review world but it should be!

My "journey" from the very beginning of my diagnosis was scary as it would be for anyone; hearing the words "You are positive for DUCTAL CARCINOMA IN SITU," is very frightening. A range of emotions from fear, to anxiety and especially uncertainty start to take shape because you never think it will happen to you . I knew I had to find a good doctor to work with me. I was referred to Dr. Hector Salazar for breast reconstruction by my general surgeon, Dr. Hugo Barrera who did my mastectomy. Despite the trauma of the emotional pain at that time, meeting with Dr. Salazar soon put me at ease. I chose him because of his education in his field and I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and kindness. Once I sat through the initial consultation with him, I conveyed my fears and all he did was listen at first. He was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable and compassionate with me. He not only explained the benefits of reconstructive surgery, he walked me through step by step what was going to take place. All of my fears were gone at that point because I knew I was in good hands. I saw him about once a week for the first couple months after surgery, as I went thru the expansions. My recovery went very well. At every stage, I was provided with instructions on what to do and what not to do. I have never felt more taken care of or more comfortable. He followed up on me and was available by direct cell 24/7 (how many doctors actually do that? ) Dr. Hector Salazar, has truly been a blessing in my life. He and his staff were very compassionate and understanding. Everyoneâ€™s experience through this will be different than someone elseâ€™s, but I highly recommend Dr. Salazar as your plastic surgeon. He is an excellent doctor and all the staff and nurses in the office are wonderful people.
