I wanted my love handles done and I paid for flank area. they said that the love handles are the hip area not the flank area.. in the initial consultation .. I told them my main concern was love handles and lower abs. the sales lady said doctor wouldn't do lower without upper which I didn't need i thought. they could of just evened the lower to match the upper but I decided okay u probably know better so I went with it. then I told them my love handle in my side really bother me.. she said it was the flank. I get surgery and they suctioned waist above the bend line and upper abs. I go back to get it revised and they tell me that's all they can do.. really unhappy that I didn't get my love handles. I wish the sales lady would of explained that it was hip. it was expectation that I had. I looked up pictures and a little above the waist and below the waist line is the flank. I only got above and it's not even below the waist.. one side is bulkier than the other. yea so I'm not totally happy with the procedure.

Found this place to be so unprofessional and the worst customer service and comunication. My friend had procedure done three years ago. She had one revision. She was told that the other revision was left on her account and could be done anytime. We went in to have another procedure done, she was quoted a price and was told she could get her other revision finally done. She was called back multiple times and was asked the same questions every phone call. She was asked " what areas she was going to have done. " two days before her procedure she was again asked "what areas are you having done?" She was then told that a representative was going to have to talk to her. The rep called and said the the pricing was wrong and that they would not do her revision. Found the whole situation one of the most unprofessional experiances. Do not use these people be warned.

I had laser liposuction done on my abdomen and sides. the procedure went well i was up and about in a few days. my problem is on my one month check up my measurements had only changed by about 2 inches and my weight was the same as before. I was told I would lose about 6 to 8 inches off my mid section with the surgery, although they did say results were not guaranteed. after my disappointing one month check I was told to hang in there because I would continue to see results over the next six months. I was back to my regular exercise within a week of the surgery and have continued it for the last 6 months. I walk and jog on my treadmill for 30-45 minutes at least 5 days a week, I drink 60 oz of water a day and I watch my calorie count for each meal. Sometimes I cheat and have a treat but nothing to far out of line because I am very disciplined. I went to my six month check up and met with Dr. Mennon. My weight was back to exactly the same as before the surgery, my measurements were the EXACT same as before the surgery and my BMI was the exact same as before the surgery and Dr. Mennon told me that she did her part and took out 5 lbs of fat but I hadn't done my part to get rid of the fat underneath the muscle in my abdomen which she could not remove. This was the first I heard from anyone in their office about me having fat in places that they could not remove nor did anyone there tell me I was supposed to be doing anything other that was I was already doing to keep in shape. I paid $6000.00 to find out that the fat I carry about my midsection cannot be removed with laser liposuction. Funny that they couldn't tell me that before I spent the money and couldn't give me any advice about what might work to remove that area of fat without wasting my money on a procedure that did nothing for me. At least they did tell me there were no guarantees. My advice is that the only people who will get decent results from laser liposuction are those who don't really need it in the first place and they will not bother to tell you that until after you spend the money. extremely dissatisfied customer.

These folks area rip off! I went in for an evaluation and decided not to do it because of all the high pressure sales tactics and promises. I did not thankfully get it done but I am still being charged for something I never received or had done! They are RIP -OFF'S!!

I had Co2 laser done on my face spent over $1200 and got NO results! Went back and twice because they couldnt find my before and after pictures they said after they found them that they were trying to get it approved for me to have it done again, so I call back a week later and was told Lisa or Amy would be getting back to me and still NO call back! VERY UNHAPPY!!! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
