This place sucks . The Dr. doesn't have a steady hand so If yours looking for perfection this is not the right place . I had my ear surgery here to close up my holes that were left from gauges/plugs to go to the army. My ear lobes look deformed not so much but you can tell he's not that professional. They did some bad stitching , which can be fixed but with a REAL PLASTIC SURGEON. Do not come here .

My experience is not nearly as bad as I know it could be. I have always been a thin person. After having kids my I was nearly flat chested. I wanted to be the full B cup that I once had been. I emphasised this over & over & over. I remember questioning the 300 cc amount on the paper. They said the dr knows how to make the size work with your frame. I now know that 300 cc is 10 oz, that is a lot!! Not to get into too much detail. I am now a D cup and very unhappy. They are not proportionate to my frame. I never wanted my boobs to be what people noticed me for, Sadly that is what I now have to live with!

My initial consultation with Dr. Carli was like any other consult. He went over the procedure along with any possible complications that may arise from the surgery. I felt at ease about the procedure and the Dr after this appt. His office policy is to have a 2nd appt to go over any unanswered questions. During the 2nd appt, I got the impression that he was wasting his time with me and at one point raised his voice to me. He described what he would do to my nose and said he was going to "pull up the tip of my nose". I said that I didnt want to look like a pig and he snapped and stormed out of the room. I should have known at this point to leave immediately and never return. But I figured it was some kind of foreign tone and his nurse told me not to take it personal. He was giving a good price and I was desperate at this point to rid myself of the beak I had on my face, I went through with it. Immediately after surgery, I saw my worst fear starring back at me in the mirror. The tip of my nose was straight up and you could see all the way up my nasal cavities! I was horrified! The doctor came into see me and reassured me that my nose would eventually settle and the bridge of my nose would be straight. It has now been 10 months and my nose is still "piggy-like" and have a groove on the bridge of my nose where he took too much cartilage. One week after my surgery I returned to his office to have my splint removed. There were about ten pieces of tape across my nose holding the splint in place. He attempted to lift some of the tape but when this was clearly taking too much of his time, he then grabbed the splint and proceeded to RIP the splint off of my face, causing my nose to bleed profusely! I screamed in agony and his words were "its like a band-aid that you must rip off". He left me in the room with the nurse to clean me up before letting me go into the waiting room. I ran past my husband towards the elevator holding a large piece of gauze to my face and my husband ran after me. As soon as I was in the elevator and the door closed I let out the loudest moan and began to cry uncontrollably. I went back one month later because my stitches became infected and I had an abscess growing at the base of my nose. This man took a Q-tip and held the back of my head with the other hand to try and pop the puss-filed sack...No words to describe how this felt. This man has no human skills. I think he's been in the business too long and needs to retire already! I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Please do your homework on these doctors and dont rush!
