This doctor caused me great harm. I believe he is medically negligent and incompetent. He has threatened twice in writing to sue me defamation because he doesn't want you to know what he did to me. He can sue but he can't win. I am telling the truth. - He verbally abused his staff in front of me. - He falsified my medical records. For ~6 months and 6 visits he allowed my implant to BORE A HOLE IN ME FROM THE INSIDE OUT. I was in excruciating pain. He told me I saw him for too many office visits as he watched my breasts rapidly deteriorate and did nothing. Kim put me in an impossible situation. He should have given me surgery after the first visit 3/31/17. He ignored my chief complaint for about 6 month and when I did finally get surgery I woke from emergency surgery with a large chunk of my breasts cut out on the left and missing tissue on the right too. He prioritized his trip to Hong Kong, denied me emergency surgery, deterred me from going to the ER when I had necrosis in my right breast. HE IS VERY UNETHICAL. He has illegally withheld my overpayment of $6165 for over 2 months intentionally and only offered to give it back...IF... I signed away all my rights against him. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I REFUSED TO SIGN. (See photo of document. This doctor is shockingly unethical.) KIM CANNOT SUCCESSFULLY BULLY ME OR FINANCIAL STARVE ME. At not cost, I will report him to the medical board. To date, he is still illegally withholding my money. I will be the second person to report him to the medical board recently. I believe Kim RISKED MY LIFE WITH HIS NEGLIGENCE. He never asked for my thyroid blood labs. Not even at pre-op. I have proof of my thyroid labs being too unstable Aug 2017. He knew I had a thyroidectomy. My new surgeon says my blood levels are too unstable for surgery. Kim put me in an impossible situation. He was negligent for about 6 months until I was infected and needed emergency surgery. Daniel B Kim cause me great harm with his negligence and incompetence. His behavior is abusive and his actions are illegal to withhold my money. I hope the medical board does the right thing and at the very least suspends his license. The public needs protected. I saw him at this Mission Viejo office, his Newport office and I fired Kim as my surgeon at Newport Beach Surgery Center.
