Highly recommend this doctor! Very professional and created a very calm environment. I went in knowing nothing about the procedure and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I was also very nervous as it was my first time but he had a great sense of humor and distracted me from my anxiety! Dr. Valaie is the best!

Please go somewhere else if you want longer lasting results. He is a dishonest dr. He charged me for 2 syringes of restylane and injected only one for both eyes; he charged me for lip augmentation and did not injected what I paid for. He charged me 34 units of Botox and the effect was gone within 4 weeks of the treatment. Throughout my appt he kept leaving the room for whatever reason or the receptionist kept interrupting him to attend to phone calls. Very unprofessional as I paid 2,000.00 to get this done and I would think he would give me priority as he was in the middle of injecting the supposed fillers. He will fill you up with numbing injections so that you won’t notice how much of the actual product you are being injected. If you still decide to give him a try, my advice is to take someone with you into the room who can see what he is doing behind you as all the patients are facing away from were he prepares the syringes. I traveled from far away to get the best service going based on the reviews I read and unfortunately he decided to ripped me off.

UPDATE: it's been two weeks since I've gotten by Botox, and not only does it look amazing my sweating from my face has been significantly reduced, making my life so much easier when dealing with my clients. After my first visit with Dr. Valaie had me make a two week follow up appointment to check results (which is something you don't typically get when you go to a medspa for Botox) I went to my follow up appointment extremely satisfied with the results, there were a couple things I felt could be a little better, and the Dr agreed and gave me his opinion. He then injected and no additional cost the Botox to top off his work from the two weeks prior to bring the results to 100%. Dr Valaie was also kind enough to throw in my bunny lines at no additional cost which was extremely considerate of him. I was also able to ask him a question about filler. This is the only place I'll go for now on for botox, and I'm excited to experiment with undereye filler at the end of the year. I'm only going to trust Dr. Valaie and his team with my face. Thank you Dr. Valaie!! I just got Botox earlier today so I can't speak on the results just yet, but the over all experience was amazing, the consultation was thorough. I'll update when I see results. I've gotten Botox at a med spa before and it was nothing like his consultation. The price was also amazing 7 dollars a unit is really good. I signed up for his email list months ago. When I finally got around to opening them and reading the deals I decided to go there all the way from Hollywood. Dawn his assistant was really nice. Dr Valaie won't BS you. I got a full face of Botox for both wrinkles and because I sweat ALOT I wanted Botox around my mouth especially because I sweat on my upper lip. I was also considering it for gummy smile. After taking pictures and looking at them with me we determined I may not like the results because my gummy smile isn't very gummy at all. He still did around my mouth just not in the muscles that would effect a gummy smile. I'm only ever going here. He also insisted on a two week gurantee check up to top off my Botox at no additional cost if Im not pleased with the results. That's amazing. Most med spas take your money inject you and that's it. I also noticed I didn't feel liquid rolling down my face like I did my first Botox expierence, which I am going to assume is good. Thanks Dr. Valaie and Dawn!

I remember when he first opened this location, and to this day he has maintained his excellence in caring for and treating his patients. Dawn's is a "luv" as well! Thank you Dr. Valaie!

This review is for the consult only. I had a very negative experience with Dr. Valaie. I drove all the way down from Santa Monica and my appointment lasted less than 15 minutes. He asked me what I'd had done and I told him I'd had a laser done and was interested in fillers (which I've never had) and that according to yelp and his website he is THE expert in fillers. I want the best so that's why I was there. His response was a firm no. He was rude, lacked any sort of compassion for me (it's not easy talking about what you don't like about your face), was insulting and that was it. The receptionist was very kind afterwards, asking me to come back when I was finished with laser treatments, but suffice to say I left in tears. What kind of doctor does this? Anyways, Now I'm grateful he didn't do my fillers. Save yourself the time and rudeness. there are SO many kind, caring and talented injectors around (this IS SoCal).
