He is the best breast plastic surgeon on planet Earth. His after pictures and patient reviews revealed he has a talent medical school does not teach. I recognized this and wanted him to work on my breasts. You cannot get more perfect results from anyone else. I had breast reduction and nipple reduction. They are perfect! He did exactly what I wanted and they look better than expected! He stayed in the operating room for much longer than anticipated, working like a perfectionist until they were exactly even and just as I wanted them. He is very nice also and even made me laugh as I was falling asleep for my operation. I love this man and feel so lucky he is who fixed my breasts. For decades I have suffered with nipple damage from rape and wanted both of them made very small to erase the memory. He trimmed both of my frail raspberries to perfection and I feel sixteen again. After the operation he put the softest, skin friendly foam over my breasts with holes for the nipples and gauze over the top. This encased them to heal perfectly and not be smashed. If you want the best results that look God given then I suggest Dr. Romano. The anesthesiologist he uses, Craig Neilson, was perfect and got my IV in painlessly as well as gave me a comfy experence falling asleep. It was easy and I felt very safe.

Dr Romano is a true artist. I recently had a breast augmentation and the stitches are invisible, he is amazing. In addition, I look very natural, weven my friends are amazed how great I look. When having any work done to your body you want the best and Dr. Romano is top notch. His staff is really sweet and helpful as well. They have a great team.

If you are looking for a surgeon who consistently produces amazing results, do yourself a favor and set up a consultant with Dr. R. His meticulous nature is evident throughout the entire process. It boggles my mind knowing someone who possesses such talent is not more well known. Especially, when the results are so incredibly natural.

I was quite impressed with Dr. James Romano from the very first time I spoke with him. I spent various hours researching to find the best calf implant surgeon. After doing my research and speaking with Dr. James Romano on the phone, I packed up my family and drove 11 hours to San Francisco in order for him to perform my surgery. I felt a warmth and kindness from his entire staff upon arriving to his office. He took the time to ask me my expectations, answer all of my questions, and educate me on the procedure and what to expect. He is a compassionate and caring doctor, he was with me in the pre-operating room as well as post-op. Dr. Romano truly cares about his patients, he will give you optimal results without compromising health and safety. Even though I live hundreds of miles away from his office, he still provides quality and effective care. We have phone conversations and he counsels me as to when I can start incorporating more regular activities into my daily routine. Deciding to have Dr. Romano perform my surgery has been one of the best decisions I have made. My results more than exceeded my expectations. Everyday I wake up is like Christmas, I love my legs. I'm finally excited about shopping for dresses and shorts. There's not one thing I would have changed about my experience. Dr. Romano is truly the best surgeon out there.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Romano and his office assistant Gwen that I simply had to post this review to acknowledge and educate those out there who are seeking a plastic surgeon. After doing my homework on several different surgeons for quite some time, I decided to visit with Dr. Romano first, who was highly recommended to me by a college friend. Once I met with him, I didn't feel the need to meet with any other doctor and these are the many reasons why. First of all, the office is centrally located in SF and it is new and modern, and I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. Dr. Romano consistently answered all my questions and concerns before and after my surgery. He provided me with resources, education, step by step do's and dont's among the many other homeopathic recommendations for faster healing. When choosing a plastic surgeon whether medical or elective or both, it was important to me to have someone who knew how to listen. I also wanted honesty for realistic results and expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my overall recovery. I was able to make my trip to Peru 10 days after my surgery, which was fabulous ! I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor for his experience, credentials, bedside manner, technique, approach, and so much more !
