In May 2014, Dr. Maas performed a variety of procedures. His staff members were excellent and so thoughtful. Dr. Mass was wonderful. I have been back for follow-ups. He has been generous with his time. Important for this review, is that I am 100% happy with the results. I HIGHLY recommend him. I might add that I consulted with a total of six plastic surgeons and have never doubted making the best decision! Thank you, Dr. Maas.

Compared to other local doctors I have spoken to, the approach of the appearance Care Center is by far the best. Its a clinic without feeling like you are there to fix something that is wrong. I think it feels that way because the staff is positive, friendly and informative as are Dr. Maas's videos. This inspires trust and confidence thereby alleviating uncertainty. The lack of consultation fees is another bonus that proves a willingness to share valued and needed information so that the client can make an informed decision.

I referred two people to your clinic for the IPL promotion. They both had very positive experiences and I will do the same at some point in the near future. Your staff is friendly and has an instructive, honest approach. I am also an editor so I like information that is forthcoming, honest and clear. My overall impression of Dr. Maas and the staff is that they are honestly trying to help clients improve their skin, etc. and not simply trying to sell services.

In a perfect world, appearance doesn't matter - but we aren't living in a perfect world. Like it or not, quite often we are judged by our appearance and treated accordingly. I am a 66 year old female. I am quite happy with the results of my face and neck lift, eye surgery and laser treatment. As a matter of fact, I have been told I look quite fantastic and much younger than 66. Dr. Maas was professional, caring and attentive throughout my healing process. His staff is exceptional. I stayed at a wonderful woman's beautiful home in Tiburon the first evening after my surgery - my recuperative time in her home was well worth the expense. I recommend Dr. Maas, his staff and associates highly.
