The staff and doctor who saw me (sorry I forgot his name) were very nice and courteous. The doctor who saw me and treated me for my skin condition was very informative and thorough with my treatment. I'm really happy with the results and I'll be sure to come back for my follow up!

Doctor had a phenomenal rapport with my 15 year old son. Made him feel really comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. Spoke directly with him, explained what he was doing and why, told him what he needed to do to take care of himself. Really great bedside manner. Grateful for doctors like him in the world.

Dr. Wapen is great. My 16 yr old son feels comfortable seeing her. She is very pleasant and knows how to converse with him. The back office staff (medical assistants) are wonderful, kind and pleasant. The front office, however, is horrible. I use to get the welcome feeling when walked in, now very cold and unpleasant. The office does NOT return calls . When I call for whatever reason the recording goes on to leave a message, I leave the message but do not get a return call back. When they do answer they put me on hold, always, and leave me on hold for very long time. Once they left me waiting for 20 minutes and never checked or tell me if I can continue holding. The only reason I waited is to speak with someone, otherwise I never do.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Been to first appointment July of this year (2018). Dr. Lauren Gebauer was friendly, professional and I look forward to clearer/healthy skin under her care.
