I am giving this place cero star. There are Many reasons why. On July of this year I was having surgery. They put me under anesthesia and they couldn't do the surgery. I woke up and was told they couldn't put the tube down my throat. Dr. Richard told my husband that I became restless and that It was risky. They told me to go to a lung specialist.i did. nurse kasandra wrote a note saying I had lung diseases. Specialist did bunch of test. Lung x-ray, ekg, send me to the er because I was having panic attacks. Test results, my specialist, and er drs.Said I didn't have the lung problems that dr. Richard and the anesthetist Elisha at Beverly hills physicians said I did. DR's gave me the clearance to have the surgery. They said it was only panic attacks that were most likely caused by a traumatic event before the surgery. I mention it to nikki she said she will change the nurse kasandra and anesthetist Alisha. I told her good. someone with more experienxe. DR's Gave me anxiety medication. I called Nikki for my appointment. Said dr. Richard was on vacation. Will be back in 2 weeks. I waited. By this time it's been a month and a half. So after 2 months I was going to have surgery again. went to get my blood test again. One day before the surgery Nikki called saying they cancel the surgery. The owner Michael hayavi, and Elisha anesthetist said I was a high risk. After waiting 2 months doing all the test.getting all the clearances that they asked me to-do. At the last minute they cancel. The reason is they are so Incompetent they don't know what they are doing. It was Alisha, and the nurse kassandra's fault that cause my trauma before the surgery. back in July. They poked me 8 times for 1/2 an hour because they couldn't find my veins. They gave me 3 panic attacks in the process one after another. My face,arms,legs were so cramped up and that's why they couldn't put the tube down my throat. I kept telling them but they didn't listen to me. By law they can poke you twice per person. They did it 4 times each and even lie to dianna saying it was 4 times total not 8. Told dianna I have pictures of every part of my body that was torture.Nikki said they will refund me all my money. I said fine after wasting my time 2 months. All The money wasn't refunded when they promised me. Kept calling Nikki no answers. Asked to speak to dianna the so call administrator. She kept saying she was busy. Kept calling because no one was returning my calls for days. Nikki said she was sick. Dianna said she wasn't talking to me because it wasn't her problem ,one of the receptionist told me this, it was Nikki And she had to fix it. Finely Nikki answer after i got mad and told them I was going to call consumer Affairs. It took a months of dealing with such an unprofessional group of people to get the rest of my money back. Diana is the manager or in charge of this awful clinic and is so unprofessional and gives really bad customer service.on September 28 a week after Beverly Hills Physician cancel on me I had surgery with dr. Marc Lussier. Got the best treatment ever. Steve anesthetist is the best. Very professional and with alot of experience. Diana his assistant knows what she is doing. Professional, kind and was there for me. They were all so kind and professional. They didn't even have any problems with my health and everything went smoothly during the surgery.I checked around and is also the best price I found. Don't waste time,money,and your health at Beverly Hills Physician.

I have been going to see Dr Kevin Hayavi for the past few years and I am so happy with him and his staff. I have referred all my family and friends to him. If your looking for any procedure go see Dr Hayavi you won't be sorry.

where can i start i regret the day i step a foot in this Unprofessional Horrible Place to get breast implants for the first time my natural breast wore perfect i just wanted em a little bigger not only im still paying em for something they did wrong not only that they destroy my life completely i when through 3 horrible surgery's because the first one the doctors messed up and the 2nd one as well they had me on the dark for a wild till my health start getting back the i was rush to the emergency thats when i fing out the my whole body was fighting a big infection the my unprofessional surgeries was the main problem the cost of those horrible infections was coming from my left boob implants the sad part of this situation i when through 3 surgeries just to fixed the doctor mistake but at the end of the day i was that one who was gonna suffer for the rest of my life basically the doctor at the end had to pull my implants out because at the point i had the infection running through all my body i didn't care for those implants no more all i wanted was for him to pull em out my heath was more important than that not only i was suffering for a year that i was having em going through surgeries left and right and praying to god the i would heal right this time not knowing that basically was a big infection my body was fighting and to have my final surgery to pull em out and the one the he messed up 3 times since the beginning was gonna look at the end like i had cancer I DONT HAVE CANCER but the way that he left my boob looks like i did can you lady's just imagine how that i felt not only i don't have a left boob not i gotta spent a lot of money just to get it to look a little normal hes a plastic surgery Dr. why would he not even worry to fix it to normal all i gotta said is be careful with this place im not the only one the they messed up this would be the last time they here from me i will bright this issue to national tv mark my words and good luck to you lady's Don't waste your time i wouldn't even wish on my worst enemies to go through what i when through with these people and after one year and a half still suffering from not having a left boob my depressions its outta this world but i truly believe in god the soon i will see the light again..
