This was absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. I’m not much of a complainer but I was early to my appointment, then waited a half hour past the actual appointment time before being moved to yet ANOTHER waiting room to wait another 30 minutes. I decided to leave after waiting a full hour. I will not spend my money with a company that doesn’t value my time, I was early because I value theirs.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Zwiebel did such a good job fixing an old appendix scar. I have never felt better about myself!..

I booked a consult after coming across SonoBello on business travel in Utah. The girls there were so friendly and knowledgeable so I was hoping I would receive the same level of service at this location. I booked my appointment (and confirmed) about a week and a half out in advance. On the day of my appointment I arrived 15 minutes early to complete any needed paperwork and of course respect their time as I would hope mine would be respected. I was ready to be seen at my appointment time when I advised the front desk receptionist with pink hair(??) that I had a tight schedule and hoped to be seen timely (I drove up from Springs to Denver which was about an hour drive and had client meetings I could not be late for. At that time she in a very "matter of fact" way said they would not see me on time and are "running behind". Another prospective client in the lobby stated her appointment was for 45 minutes before mine and she was disgruntled also waiting to be seen. I immediately asked to speak with the office manager and asked if this was the way I can expect to be treated. Pink hair girl just shrugged her shoulders in a "it is what it is" attitude. The office Manager Rhianna I believe is her name was the only one in this office with any degree of customer service skills. She took time to walk me into her office and answer any questions she could for me. Thank you Rhianna for being the only positive experience I had during my engagement with this office. The Sales Pitch: Tawney I believe her name was finally came to get me and also demonstrated a lack of both sales and customer service. You could tell she was irritated and did not appear to like her job. She lacked engagement, enthusiasm and had "commission breath" only doubting and belittle-ling all the procedures I had researched SonoBello against in weighing my options for services. This was not a professional medical consultation and of course her bias to sell/promote only her own services shined through (almost as much as her rolling eye attitude). For the price I would be spending I will stick with Dr. Buford who I regularly see for my fillers and where I would not experience this lack of professional medical consult and service. Recommendation to leadership: Train your staff on customer engagement and white glove service-they are the face of your brand.

They get one star because they are nice people. But they destroyed my life, my body, my self esteem and my wallet. I got Lipo on my legs and not only did the procedure not work, but my weight BALLOONED. So I call them they tell me we can do the same procedure at no cost to fix it BUT I have to lose the weight I've gained since the last procedure (keep in mind I was practically starving myself when I gained all this weight) so I try and I can't even lose weight. So I call them back to find out of we can do something other than the original procedure. Receptionist said she'll have someone call me back. No one did. So I'm stuck, starving myself with an awful body, a HUGE bill and the company that causes me tears DAILY won't return my calls. Just believe your family and friends when they tell you that you don't need it. It will ruin your life as it has ruined mine. I'm a recovering anorexic and this has caused me to revert to anorexia except without the weight loss. At this point, I'll need therapy to recover from this place. They are so polite there but they don't have time to call you back if they ruin your life.

I didn’t get any work done. The price of 1300 per section is false advertisement. That price is only for people with BMI of 18-21. My BMI is 28 and they charge 1900 per section plus an additional 2000 for surgeon fees. Oh and by the way, that 1300 aka 1900 sectional cost is only if you are doing 3 or more areas. Customer service was mediocre at best. Also the free consultation isn’t with the doctor it’s with some random lady.... I’m looking elsewhere.
