I went in about a spot on the bridge of my nose. Dr Stewart didn't feel comfortable zapping it without testing it to find out what it was. (My old dermatologist could identify nearly everything by sight, so I was surprised at her insistence at taking a sample and having me come back in.) She dug into my nose with a scalpel to take a sample, and then — with the help of her trusty sidekick — managed to LOSE the sample right in front of me. They spent 20 minutes looking for it while I'm sitting on the exam table. Finally she tells the assistant to mark on the file that the sample was too small. It wasn't too small — and the huge hole in my nose (which is now a scar) proves it. At this point I was annoyed and frustrated, but later I was really angry when the bill came for $200! I called the office and the billing person said that because it had been sent to my insurance (who paid $0, given how it was filed), they couldn't adjust the bill. I recommend you take your business elsewhere in the hopes of finding a doctor who's more knowledgeable and knows how to admit a mistake and take actual responsibility for it.

I have been seeing Dr. Stewart for over 10 yrs now. She has always been so helpful and fantastic. Her office staff is incredibly professional. She has an amazing aesthetician named Miriam who I also have been seeing for years and I would give rave reviews. Always calls to check in the following day to make sure I've not had any break out issues or rashes, etc. Dr. Stewart has helped me with multiple issues throughout the years and I have always been very pleased with the results. She is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Such a beautiful office with such a kind doctor. Dr. Stewart is very hardworking and has helped me clear up my acne. She always says hello when I see her outside the office. There is sometimes a wait because she's thorough but I don't mind!

After three or four text messages reminding me of my appointment, when i arrived they were confused... didn't know who i was seeing and really why i was there.....i told them that i had made an appointment and had a referral to see Carrie Hill....front desk person and the person who put me in a room both asked why i had switched from Stewart to Hill. Told them both that I had never been there before. After waiting for a half an hour saw Carrie...very nice but seemed stressed as she is leaving the practice in three weeks. Will not return
