Well, I should have known this place was a scam by the bad reviews and the fact that all the good reviews are clearly fake (1 review accounts and employees). The first big flag should have been that there was no one else there at what should have been a busy hour. The second flag should have been that they asked for my SSN. Why on earth would a dermatologist need my social security? My previous skin clinic removed 4 moles for about $95. I had 1 mole removed by FC Skin Clinic and they gave me a bill of $277 without warning me. They "itemized" it to make it look legit and their required 'tests' make it even more absurd. They also kept referencing a "missed appointment" I had years ago during a time that I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE IN FORT COLLINS. That was probably on their "itemized list" as well. This place is a shameless scam and should honestly be shut down. I have no idea how they're still in business but DO. NOT. GO. HERE. You've been warned.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Visit was very pleasant and doctors were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind and trusted advice.

My son had an appointment at this facility and used my debit card to pay at the end of the visit as they requested. They also billed my insurance. My insurance paid them the full fee but they never contacted me to refund what my son had paid. I realized the double payment 2 and a half months later looking at something else on my insurance and called. I asked what would have happened if I had not contacted them and they said nothing... would have just kept my $99.02. Isn't that something?! My son liked this doc but this an unethical business practice.

I would give a ZERO if I could. April performed a butchered punch skin biopsy and insinuated I was transgender! HORRIBLE PLACE!

This is the most unprofessional and unorganized dermatologist office I have ever been to. They charged me $250 for my initial visit claiming it was “extended” (longer than 15 minutes). The only thing the physician did was hand me an accutane booklet and tell me to come by and take a pregnancy test if I decide to do it. Following that, the physician or MA never gave me instructions following my first pregnancy test. I had to call them and inquire about every single other step. Yet after all of this, they failed to send lab work requests to my chosen doctors office to finish the starting process. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
