I 110% recommend Dr. Martin's services. When I consulted with him for an otoplasty he was very thorough, honest, and informative about the procedure. He let me know everything I needed to so that I could make the best informed decision for myself. Before, during, and after the surgery, Dr. Martin and his staff were very kind and wanted to make sure that I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I felt like I couldn't be in better hands and I am so happy with the results of the surgery! Dr. Martin's work is as excellent as it is meticulous and his staff is so helpful and kind.

I have had several filler and botox injections by Dr. Martin. Also, I have had 2 elective surgical procedures with Dr. Martin. In my professional opinion, Dr. Martin is an exceptional surgeon and provides excellent care. His bedside manner is fantastic and he is respectful of his patients needs. Furthermore, his staff is welcoming and kind. One cannot go wrong at Connecticut Surgical Arts.

Dr. Martin and his staff are always kind and helpful every time I come in. He truly ares about your outcome and happiness by always calling to check on you after procedures. The kindness doesn't stop there, he has donated to many PTA sponsored events and is a great member of the community as well. Thanks for all you do both in and out of the office.

I recently had my wisdom teeth out at this office. The staff and doctor were exceptional. They explained everything so clearly. I am two weeks out with very little discomfort. I hate taking pain medication, what they recommended to take worked great as I was apprehensive. Tylenol and Ibuprofen was all I took! I would highly recommend this office.

This is worth the read, trust me. First of all, this place deserves 0 stars. Every time I call they sound very annoyed and rude. Before my procedure they went over policies, anesthesia, etc. They also informed me that medication was not prescribed, which I found a little odd, however, they assured me I would not be in much pain and that their schedule of over the counter medication would help with any discomfort I had and that I would be ok. They asked if I had any questions and I didn't because I've never had a wisdom tooth procedure before so I'm clueless. The dentist had to remove two wisdom on top and one on my bottom which was impacted. I was not informed that they would be shaving my jaw bone to get it out; I didn't even know it was that impacted. I can feel a huge indent where they shaved my jaw bone down too. They practically shoved me out the door the minute I woke up. One of my stitches on the top came out not even two hours after my procedure. I called the dentist's personal phone number and he did not get back to me until later the next day. I figured this was an urgent matter. He called me and said there was nothing to worry about. I said ok. A couple days later, the stitches came out of the impacted tooth incision. It came out in a double knot. I'm not sure if that's normal, but now there is a gaping hole in my gum and food will not come out until hours or even a day later...(this is over 1 month after my procedure). And here's the kicker... I'm in so much pain, I'd rather get my appendix removed again, that pain was tolerable. So because I'm in this unbearable pain after shaving my jaw bone down, WHICH I WAS NOT INFORMED UNTIL AFTER I ASKED FOR A REPORT OF MY PROCEDURE A WEEK LATER, they still refused to give me pain medication. I had to go to a walk in for help because almost two weeks after my procedure I was still in so much pain. I even came in about a week later to ask for pain medication and because I thought it was infected and while I was waiting the front desk receptionist called me up to the desk. I came up and she thought it would be a good idea to show me a Facebook status of her talking bad about a patient who was sitting right next to me. I would not recommend this business for any type of surgery. They are unprofessional, careless, and have put me through a lot of emotional distress. I will not be going back to them and I will warn anyone who thinks of going to this place.
