If you’re looking for the best, look no further. From his kind friendly staff to Dr Perlman himself, everything exceeded our expectations. They answered any questions and concerns upfront and Dr Perlman goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work. A very professional atmosphere and staff. I couldn’t be happier with what I had done- to me it’s perfection. I would recommend him over again and again and again!

I would honestly leave zero stars if I could. And I am not one to ever leave a negative review, but I feel this experience is more than deserving of one. I purchased a Groupon for a microneedling session last month and after looking at the reviews for Dr Perlmans office, I was estatic to go in for the procedure! I quickly called to make the appointment and Carol answered the phone (I would like to point out that she was absolutely wonderful, kind and understanding- and I would give her 5 stars as an individual rating). She told me the soonest open available appointment was may 22nd at 1030, so I went ahead and booked it. I work two jobs (I nanny in the morning, serve at night and am also putting myself through school), so scheduling time off of everything is extremely difficult for me and requires a good amount of heads-up. I was, however, able to get everything squared away so that I would be off work the 22nd and the 23rd, since the procedure carries a downtime of two days of red, irritated skin. Then I get a call today saying that I was going to have to reschedule my appointment time because the esthetician was going to be out of the office during that time. I was slightly annoyed but figured that the office would accommodate my schedule and fit me in another time that worked for me, since this was in no way my fault. Boy, was I wrong! The aesthetician (Tina or something similar, I don’t remember her name) that is in charge of doing these procedures tells me that I could come in at night (which doesn’t work for me since I work nights) or wait until mid June. She was so incredibly rude. I explained to her that it’s very difficult for me to be able to schedule off both jobs and days where I don’t have school, and that I didn’t want to have to take off another two days in the future because that’s so much money I’m losing. She basically said I was out of luck and at one point actually told me that maybe I “wasn’t a good candidate to get a treatment done because I work two jobs and can’t seem to find time off.” I was appalled at how unprofessional that statement alone was. I DID have the time off- it’s not my fault that she is now not going to be in the office. Then she said that if I decided to book the appointment (I wanted a refund at this point), that she would offer a complimentary session to make up for the inconvience. I thought that was fair so I began to see what days next month would work, and then she tells me “oh by the way it wouldn’t be for the microneedling, it would be a facial or light peel or something similar.” To which I replied “no thank you, I’m not interested in any of those, I was assuming you meant microneedling.” She laughed and said “no, we couldn’t do that.” Again- super rude and unprofessional. All in all, I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the way all of this was handled. Bottom line, beware if you make an appointment with her- she may cancel last minute on you and act like it’s your fault!

I’m happy! It was very hard to me to find a doctor and took me few years..... but now I’m in good hands! And my new face makes me a very very happy person:)

I always look forward to a visit at his office. His staff is accommodating, helpful and friendly. Dr. Perlman is the most knowledgeable and experienced physician that I’ve had the pleasure to meet and am very pleased with the work he had done for me! Definitely a 5 star doctor !!
