I made an appointment with them several weeks ago, and they mistakenly assigned me to another site 30 minutes away. Then, I requested a new appointment. They wanted to give me a physician assistant, and they said I had to wait to Jun or July if I wanted to see a doctor. I do not recommend them.

I started going there when I had a skin discoloration issue and on my first visit thought I was getting a dermotogist since that was where I was. I was given a nurse practitioner who used my body as a try and error. She misdiagnosed me and kept giving me antibiotics which kept having serious side effects on me. I will come back and let her know I had to stop each med due to the issues and she kept trying new ones and telling me to trust her. My hair fell off in the process, my hormones got all messed up, my skin was breaking out and my good bacteria’s were being killed off. The last was my muscle argues which caused me to go to my primary care doctor who advised me not to take antibiotics without probiotics. But for all whole year, this lady never mentioned that. I came for one thing and ended up so many ther issues I’m still recovering from. When I called and asked to have another doctors take a look, I was told the person who have been treating me was not a doctor and hey understood my concerns. Seriously??!!! A new doctor saw Ama and on first look told me what the issue was. She said to stop taking whatever the other person gave me and the cream as well which was burning my skin. Nothing was done about this and they all acted like nothing happened. That person almost destroyed my body.

Greetings to all who will or may be reading my comments. Over 2 months ago, I had surgery on my face/ears. I can say that I was very pleased with the outcome.I thought that the staff in the Surgery Center handled everything wonderfully! They were pleasant... If anyone is in need and needs to have surgery , I would say you need to seriously think about going to see Dr.Sabeni. I think I spelled his name wrong..lol. But you get whom I am talking about. I just luv him! He is Professional and will take time with you..He made me feel as if he cared about me, and did not rush me when I have seen him. I can not speak about any other Dr. There, but I can my face looks Great! I have trust him.I have faith and him and the with the Lord , watching over him and his hands. We all in the ""Best Of Hands"".Smile...Make an Appointment with him..You too will see just how Nice and Great he is...

It’s been a year since I started coming to this location. It has been the best experience visiting this location and working with Carmen Davis. She has taken the time to help me with my acne and other various skin issues I have had. She took the time to explain what products I’m actually using and why they are necessary. I recommend this office and her if you need a new dermatologist.

If you want to be rushed, not listened to, and deal with surly staff, by all means waste your time here. I will NEVER go back. Upon check in, the receptionist looked at me without a smile and raised her eyebrow; this was my cue to step forward. "Name?" When I got back to a room, the Dr. spent a full five minutes with me, did not allow me time to ask questions, was condescending, and argued with me about whether a blemish was a scar or a birthmark. It's my body and I do know the difference. Her medical advice; "wear sunscreen". She would not allow me to tell her about the rash that motivated me to make this appointment. In the back was a nurses/staff station filled with about 8 medical personal on their phones. I can only assume I was being rushed so that staff could return to their phones. This place has a very ugly vibe. Or maybe I just expected Penn quality.
