I have had several basil cell carcinomas removed by Dr watts in addition to foot surgery. I have recommended others to him and they were very pleased. I can't say enough about this physician who, for me, was a blessing .

Jun 19, 2014
1) Wait time is extensive. 2) During my surgery Dr. Watts didn't even speak to me. I was awake and nervous. He came in, started, a talked sports with the assistant the whole time. It was like I wasn't even there. 3) When scheduling my surgery, I asked that he not use self dissolving stitches because my body doesn't take well to them. He used them anyway, and I formed a large keloid scar on my chest that is very visible and sore. 4) When I tried to resolve my issue with his office, I was told they would try to submit to the insurance company to see if they would pay to fix it. A YEAR later, they still "had not got a response". But were ready and willing to charge me $250 to have something done in office to "fix" it. 5) Out of frustration, I finally sought another Dr, who within TWO minutes of seeing my scar and talking to me, has set me up for it's repair process, and it is FULLY covered by the SAME insurance company Dr, Watt's office claims was reviewing it for a year. In my opinion, they wanted to wear me down to just throwing my hands up and paying for it myself so that they would get the money. And in so doing, I have gone a full year in pain, and embarrassment with this thing on my chest, having to change my wardrobe habits to cover it, and being in constant pain and discomfort. 6) His scar cream is also a watered down hand lotion. Nothing more. It reads "compare to mederma", and mederma works wonders. His product is expensive and doesn't work. Do not waste your money. I would never recommend Dr. Watts to anyone. My experience with this him and his facility has left me feeling, unimportant, lied to, and angry.
