5 STARS for Brian Kerr as he is a great doctor & Connie the Allergist, plus the support staff. Through his patience & a about 9 years of being sick since moving to the local area, he listened & did many things to try & help alleviate my problems. I had been to another area doctors who both ignored m complaints & didn't pay attention to the allergy testing they performed. Once I had the allergy testing redone, I started on sublingual allergy drops. I also ended up having tonsillectomy to remove my tonsils & Septoplasty for a Deviated Septum. After that awful recovery, I am so much better. He was the only one who really listened & paid attention. 2 STARS for letting insurance rule not the doctors! My only complaint which is NOT at all with most of the people. It is with the bureaucratic hog wash. My 11 year old daughter has so many of the same issues & has been ill for the last several years. It has affected her a lot and she ends up very sick. Due to her having a separate insurance than ours the refuse to take her because her insurance is under the Medicaid umbrella. OH they DO take her insurance but they just do NOT want to. As was just stated to me, we don't want to deal with Medicaid & we are at capacity with Medicaid patients. I was like even if the parents are patients there & YOU do take her insurance. My daughter is stuck with being able to ONLY seeing one ENT doctor in over an 80 mile radius. She has to see PCP every other week due to her allergies, sore throats, ear & sinus infections. It is sad that children & adults are made to continue to suffer because insurance rules over the doctors anymore. The doctors here are wonderful though.

Most Wonderful practice by far!! The staff is very welcoming from the first phone call. My daughter is a patient here and so am I. My daughter was referred here to have Surgery and the Scheduling department was able to get her in for her first appointment fairly fast. I left a message and received a phone call the same day. The doctor that performed her Surgery was amazing! As for me. I Have been with this practice since 2010. I have seen multiple doctors and all have been absolutely wonderful they helped me with all my needs and did not make me feel like i was "Just another patient". They took the time to listen to my problems and assessed the situation before it gets worse. I am now being referred over for endocrine and i spoke with a scheduler and she was very helpful and broke down the process for me and let me know what time frame i was expecting to be seen and what doctor could see me the soonest. Over all this is a great practice i would refer this practice to anyone! All ages :)

DR. JEFF PHILLIPS.........I have had severe sleep apnea since age 16 and have tried multiple surgery and devices and nothing works. Dr. Phillips took the initiative to find the solution to my problem, did surgery and corrected my problem. I still have to have one more procedure however I am already sleeping better and feel 100% better. I used to live in Illinois and was referred to Dr Woodson at Wisconsin Medical College and this doctor is renowned for patients with severe sleep apnea. I moved to Florida before I could see Dr. Woodson however I was informed by my regular sleep physician that Dr. Philips did his medical training under Dr. Woodson . I am so glad I contact Dr. Phillips he is the best! He is very approachable, will take the time to explain everything, and is very outgoing. After having sleep apnea for almost 40 years, I owe so much to Dr. Phillips for resolving my sleep problems!

Dr. Phillips and Dr. Digman are very caring physicians. Dr. Phillips moved many things along to get my problem taken care of quickly. I've never had a doctor help me like that. Dr. Digman was a gentle dynamo. They both have great positive attitudes and have given me quality care and a really positive experience. They were attentive to my questions and explained things thoroughly. I could not ask for better care from my doctors----I highly recommend them!
