Like so many other 5 star reviews, I feel the same way, I felt at home when I first went in and still do. My name is Jane and my parents and friends always called me Janie. Since my procedure, I look in the mirror and no longer see Jane any more. I SEE JANIE AGAIN. Dr. Johnston, his beautiful wife and nurse Kathy, are just the nicest and down to earth professionals I have ever met. Melissa is such a classy lady, so efficient and such a pleasure to be greeted by. If I could give them a 10 star I would. Will definitely recommend. SOOOO HAPPY 🤗

From the first consultation with Dr. Johnston I felt confident in the treatment I would be receiving would be top notch. He insured I was well informed and prepared for the the procedure. The results were even better than I was anticipating.

I went to several places before selecting Dr. Johnston for my procedure. Dr Johnston and his staff took the time to explain things and were very personable. They also took the time to meet with myself and my wife on several occasions prior to the procedure to make sure all of our questions were answered. They followed up on many occasions after my surgery to make sure my recovery was going well. My results were tremendous and more than I expected. I look 20 years younger. I highly recommend Dr Johnston and Orlando Plastic Surgery Associates.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a 0 in here I would, I called to inquire about one of there procedures. Simply doing my due diligence. This doctor was actually recommended by friend who happened to gush about his work for hours. The lady who answered the phone sounded much older. Her tone was dismissive right off the bat. As if she didn't even have time to answer a couple question from a paying customer. Horrible. I'm sorry she is so miserable. Will not recommend to anyone. Gail.
