Office staff is horrendous! Was left a message as a reminder about an appointment as a new patient...that message did NOT include the TIME for the appointment (which was before opening hours for the practice) when I saw that it was before opening hours I thought I for sure made a mistake but of course it was the weekend the practice was closed and the call came it Friday after they closed...how convenient. I showed up regardless to locked doors. The phones weren’t turned on until well after they opened, well after my appointment time and they refused to accommodate even though it was their fault. The woman was extremely snippy and sarcastic with me in the phone about it as well. Not very professional about owning up to the fact they made a mistake and fitting in a patient they shoved to the side. I drove an hour and a half for nothing and have to drive over an hour again tomorrow to see another doctor to be “squeezed in” for their mistake. HORRENDOUS. I’m suffering enough with these tonsils, I shouldn’t be suffering with office staff and a doctor...

Just Saw Jeffery the PA. He was wonderful, kind and very thorough. Could not have been a better experience! Thank you

I called as I got locked out of their online application to complete my first visit paperwork. The girl that answered said she would send a new email with user name and password (I could tell that I was putting her out). I explained I do not think that the user name changed as that is what got me locked. The user name is my email address even though it just said my name ilenekoller. The girl said she did not know and was just going to resend the email. Well- that was not the help I needed. Then I read the practice reviews - 2.9. Makes total sense. I hope others will not waste their time with this medical group. I know that I am not. I have a PPO and have many many choices of what practices I can go to. This will not be one of them. As for the Yelp responder for all of your bad reviews. How about training and managing your practice better - INSTEAD of platt response. Put your words into action.

I visited the practice 10 years ago for fluid in my ears, so when my ears filled again I thought I would go back. They couldn't find my records so was coming in as new patient, and they couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks even though I was having troubles. On my appointment date, I showed up in the rain only to find out they had tried to contact me to tell me that the doctor was out of town. When I tried to get another appointment it was over 2 weeks again before I could get in. The staff was very unfeeling about the whole situation, they were not rude in any manor just cold. I didn't feel like they cared, and didn't understand with all the doctors they had why I couldn't get in sooner. I called around and was able to see someone else in only 3 days, and could have gotten in the next day if I didn't have work issues. You have lost my business, but I guess your busy enough without me!

I normally don't write reviews; however, I could not hold back from writing one about this practice. Unfortunately my experience when visiting and dealing with this group has not been a good one. I feel like I am being treated as a customer, not a patient (the feeling of knowing they only care about you spending $, versus actually wanting to help you). I have had to wait months multiple times to see my physician. When I do see him he can't remember any of our prior interactions and I have to refresh his memory. I have had to inform him that certain steps have already been taken when he recommends things. He keeps our meetings very short because the office is always running behind on appointments. I would be willing to bet that if the doctor saw me at the grocery store he could not call me by my name. Moreover, good luck trying to speak to someone if you work a regular 9 to 5. Phones are answered by an answering service for an extended amount of time during the middle of the day when people normally take their lunches. Try calling after work? Their phones go to the same answering service by 4:45pm and all the answering service does is schedule appointments or take messages. On a more positive note, the allergist are extremely sweet, especially Diane. Those girls are the only reason I continue to visit. I will be looking for a new doctor, but will continue to visit this practices allergy department.
