Dr. Tran was WONDERFUL! Audiology department was very helpful too. Front desk people were very pleasant and there was only a 5 minute wait for my appointment with Dr. Tran.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Every time I go in for an appointment, I ALWAYS leave with more unanswered questions and issues than I came in with. But don't worry, you will NEVER have problems being billed through the nose. They are PROS at that! I've made several appointments with this office from Dr. Johnson to Dr. Lehman for different issues. They both are proven to be terrible doctors with no sense of compassion, moral or dignity. I have left in tears twice because of the lack of compassion at this clinic. It's clear these doctors are in it for a fat paycheck and could care less about your health and wellbeing. I will never recommend this company or any of their doctors or therapists even if they were the only available clinic in the world. Save your money. Save your time. Seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Tran is awesome. She explained everything that she was doing and even told me some trivia about the purple antibiotic she was putting in my ear. The front office and back office staff were very nice and did everything quickly and efficient. Working in the medical field I have high standards and I know what to look for over the common patient. This is a top notch practice!

Horrible Horrible! 38 years of my life, the worst uneducated place ever. I'm Deaf, I wanted new hearing aids, but they wanted to do tests etc which I understand the process. After they tell me that I'm profoundly Deaf, and I need to set another 2 hour appointment to get new hearing aids, are you kidding me?! What is worse ,the doctor is very uneducated, they show my chart that I cannot hear and they keep talking as if I can hear! Horrible! They didnt even ask if I can read lips or need to write down or type! I left! Just horrible vibes!

BEWARE! Never go here! They will bill out hundreds (if not thousands) from your insurance and then go after you personally for more money. They make you sign a paper (before seeing doctor) saying you authorize them to bill you whatever after the visit. They don't advise you as to what's being done, or the costs, but they're quick to send you an unexpected and large bill afterwards. Complaint being filed with BBB. Absolutely deplorable "medical professionals." Shame and stay away!
