They make you wait way to long. The place seems unorganized and even if not many people are waiting, you will still have to wait long and wait on certain things which is very annoying

The staff is incredible! My experience is always great. After taking a two year break from my visits, purely because I didn't need my injections, the staff remembered me by name. It was like visiting family. I will always come to this location for my dermatology needs. I highly recommend this specialty office.

My experience with this office was great! The staff , nurses and doctors were extremely nice and friendly. The doctor gave me excellent care and personable information. There was a family oriented feel in the office. I was truly satisfied with my visit and would definitely return for another visit.

I just had Botox/Voluma done with Amber today & i LOVE IT!! She ALWAYS listens to my concerns and some area's of my face I had concerns about she automatically noticed which I found amazing since typically most doctors don't see such subtle imperfections but Amber most certainly did & she corrected the imperfections while making me look amazing in the process. I would recommend seeing her to anyone I meet. I had such a wonderful experience once again in her care. Thanks Amber!! :)

A+++ All Around. I could not possibly be more pleased. I was worried when, while making the appointment, I was told Advanced is part of Leavitt Medical Assoc., whose reviews online are/were pretty poor. (Both Leavitt and Advanced are listed as in-network providers for my Medicaid plan, so I was surprised when the person making the appointment offered me both Leavitt and Advanced locations. Surprised and disappointed, because my experience with healthcare provider chains is, like Leavitt's ratings, poor.) But everyone at Advanced's Lee Road location was top notch. Dr. Kathrotiya was excellent, very patient and informative, gentle and kind, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything she told me. Her nurse, whose name I don't recall (I'm so sorry) was equally wonderful. And the receptionist? Also wonderful. My wait time was very reasonable, only a few minutes. I was in the exam room maybe five minutes after I finished in the new-patient forms. I waited in the exam room twice—after the nurse finished the preliminaries and went for the doctor, and again when the doctor went to get the nurse to assist her with a brief procedure. Each wait was just a couple of minutes. Dr. K and the nurse talked me through the procedure, which was quick, efficient, and as pain-free as possible. I hope not to need a dermatologist on a regular basis—fingers crossed about the biopsy, and I'm going to have to do better at using sunscreen and wearing sleeves—but if I do, I have an excellent one. Well done, and thank you!
