I am 75 years old and I am so very happy with Dr Shoukas work on my skin cancer on the left side of my nose.He took a piece of the skin from my neck shoulder, took the cancer off my nose and placed the skin graft beside my tear duct.I had been to 2 different dermatologist who wouldn't touch this. My daughter said the surgery took over and hour, and as you can see in my picture he did a wonderful job. I am so happy with his work and highly recommend.

As a RN and patient of Dr. Shoukas, I can say that he is one on the nicest and most competent doctors I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He is extremely competent in his professional services and a very caring health care provider. He is not afraid to tell you why a procedure you think you want may not yield your desired outcome. I do not hesitate to recommend his services to my family and friends. My daughter and son-in-law have each been treated by him and are also very pleased with their results.

I went in earlier today for a consultation and I was very pleased. I instantly felt comfortable, I felt as though I knew I'd be in good hands. The doctor and his staff are truly amazing, considerate and understanding. Adrian is awesome 😊

From the moment I walked in Dr. Shoukas' office for a consultation, I sensed his sincerity, professionalism, compassion, and patience for people. I knew I wanted him to be my doctor. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I can see why he was nominated as one of the top surgeons! He is a Great doctor!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!! His staff is also a compliment to him! They are a great group of people!

Worst business I've ever dealt with. When I initially called to make an appointment I was asked for my insurance information, which I provided. After not being called back, I called again a week later. I was told my insurance was reviewed, my copay would be $5 and an appointment was set for two weeks later. The day of my appointment I called at 2:00 to double check if my appointment was at 3 or 3:30. I was told "Oh, sorry. You were on our list to call you and let you know the appointment had to be rescheduled". Because the appointments are only on week days, I had missed a day of work for this. When I came in a week later the receptionist took my insurance and I paid the $5. I had my consultation and was told I would be called later in the week to make an appointment. I was called three weeks later. I decided to not get work done through this office because of the lack of professionalism. This all happened in January. In February I received a bill for $198 from this office. I called and spoke with Molly who said she wasn't sure why I had been sent that because she was looking at my information and saw that I paid my copay. Molly said said she would call me back about this. When Molly didn't contact me again, I called a week later. Molly told me she was cancelling the bill in her computer system. I received yet another bill from them, called again, and once again Molly said she wasn't sure why this went through and would cancel it. In May I got a call from another woman at the office letting me know they were sending the bill to collections. I told her to speak with Molly and to call me back. No one called me back. I called the office a week later and Molly ONCE AGAIN said she would cancel this for me. Of course I ended up receiving a letter from collections about the bill. When I called Molly about this she said she would cancel it and also speak with collections. Molly did call me the next day, only to let me know that it was now out of her hands and she could not cancel it. When I asked her how she was going to fix this, she said she couldn't but let me know that I could go on a payment plan with the debt collectors. Hands down worst business I have ever worked with. Can't imagine what it would be like to actually have work done here and need to call in about any issues. They're very unorganized and unprofessional. As I have told all of my friends looking for plastic surgery in the Orlando area. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS OFFICE.
