11 years ago I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Guy. At the time it was a great experience. She did my consultation and I was in immediately. I spent $8000 for her to do the procedure. Today I called in to ask to do another consultation (knowing I would use her for sure) and when I was greeted on the phone it was not pleasant. I never write reviews and Iâ€™m usually a push over but today was different. Itâ€™s like something happened there. The people are not as happy talking to me like they used to be. It seemed more like they just didnâ€™t care if I was a returning customer at all. For me, with surgery I am putting my life in someoneâ€™s hands. I do not want to put my life in the hands of people that could careless that I want to give them more business or that I could be a repeat customer for a long time (getting older now). They were unprofessional and wanted to charge me $92 just for a consultation! Iâ€™m a returning customer lol. I gave them $8000.00. They treat me poorly and do not credit me at all for coming back to be a loyal customer. I used to tell people to go to Dr.Guy. I was a huge advocate. Today that changed. I am incredibly disappointed and will now put awareness to stay away because I donâ€™t trust these people with my life in their hands. I called a different office and they welcomed me with open arms and I feel ok to go to them. Again, Iâ€™m usually the sweet push over type and it takes a lot to push my buttons. I was shocked to see that Dr. Guyâ€™s office did. Just be careful, not a good feeling about them anymore.

Came here and got a breast reduction and I am super pleased. Dr. Guy was very knowledgeable and kind and answered the millions of questions I had. Lol. Thanks. Will be back.

My husband and I went to several consultations for my possible breast surgery. Dr. Guy was by far and away the most thorough and informative. She seemed to really analyze my case and my overall health to come up with several scenarios for treatment. She didn't just blow off our concerns, but was very caring and honest. The staff is very nice and also very helpful. I saw photos of her work that related to what I wanted myself. My husband and I feel very confident that we have made the best decision.

I went to Dr. guy to correct scars left by another surgeon. I found her very knowledgeable professional and her staff was very well-informed. I just had the surgery yesterday, And thus far I am healing very well with minimal swelling and bruising. I will keep you posted on the full outcome of my recovery and the results. I'd like to add that my father went to Dr. guy about 25 years ago and had a facelift, when he passed two years ago he still didn't have one wrinkle on his face.
