Great Doctor, great staff ..... just wished they hadn't had to move! Highly recommend Dr. Robins!!!!

Easy to make an appointment, did not have to wait but a few minutes for the Doctor to see me, and he treated me on the spot. Did a great job! My wife is going to see Dr. Brown herself.

Someone needs to take a HARD look at your customer service practices. I arrived for my annual skin check 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time as is customary with every doctor appointment these days. However upon entering there was no one at the desk. No Bell, No Signs, just a clip board and an empty chair. I happen to see a vendor going into the back office and I asked him if he saw anyone. From the backoffice somewhere I hear one of the ladies tell him that they are still at lunch. No one bothers to walk out, but I guess they heard when I said what about my appointment. One of the ladies walked by and said they will be starting again at 12:50pm. I was the only person in the waiting room at this point so I go and take a seat. 12:55pm someone comes up and calls my name and explains how much I will owe for the appointment and lets me know someone will be calling me shortly. I get called in at 1:14pm. With them coming back from lunch and me being the ONLY person there I am struggling with why the 20 minute wait. A gentlemen walks me back to the exam room. Asks if anything is bothering me, I say no just an annual check up. He was there maybe 2 minutes and he leaves and says he will let the doctor know I am ready. 15 minutes later the doctor comes in, he was pleasant the exam takes 5 minutes and he leaves. At this point the whole process from my appointment time until I am told I am all clear has taken a total 40 minute of which I have spent maybe 7 minutes with actual people. Upon check out the lady that did the final paper work, never greeted me and seemed to be all consumed by what paperwork is required to charge me the $70 plus for my appointment. When she asked if I would like to schedule my next appointment, I responded that I might be looking for another provider, to which she simply said OK. Terrible customer service experience, but guess what I will not be spending any more of my money with them. Problem Solved!! On a side note, I had to hit the McDonalds drive thru for a quick bite. The people there could not have been nicer. So I am off to leave them a 5 star review as they were fantastic.
