I have used their services several times as I am at "that age". I have never had to wait more than two minutes in the waiting room and I have always been greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The staff has been professional and quick to answer any and all questions I have had concerning my procedures. The follow up calls have been prompt with the appropriate information given with care, making me feel comfortable that I have chosen the right place for medical attention.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for many many years! They are very good at what they do and friendly too! The wait time to see the doctor is not long at all. They have my full trust which is a big deal when you've had to deal with many skin cancers including melanoma!

My husband just had a procedure done here to remove a tumor. The original procedure took roughly 1-2 hours each specimen, which is understandable. A bit lengthy, but it’s a surgical procedure, so we dealt with it. We just came back for a checkup today. The appointment was at 3 PM. We showed up 2:35 PM. We sat in the waiting room until 3:45, when we overheard a nurse telling another that they lost my husband’s chart. They finally located it, and called him into the exam room at 4:26. Half an hour passes, and a nurse comes in. She says she thinks his surgery site might be infected, and that he needs it looked at by the doctor. She also says she will be back in a minute to take a culture sample and trim up some of the stiches sticking out. Ok. So we wait. She does not come back. At 5:28, a different nurse comes in and takes a culture. A few minutes later, yet another nurse comes in asking why we think it’s infected. We did not think it was infected. The admitting nurse thought so. The final nurse tells us that the cultures came back negative for infection, but someone will come to have the stitches trimmed. It is currently 5:58. We are still waiting. We have waited over 3 hours to be told that the infection we were told about was not in fact an infection, and the doctor won’t even take a look at it. A nurse could have come in 3 hours ago and took the culture that apparently takes a few minutes to test. Instead, here we are. With a lengthy bill for “occupying” an exam room for so long.

Excellent care. I always have found that the team that treats me is compassionate and very professional. I will continue being a patient with this "forward" looking group of professionals.

My son has been with Advanced Derm for 4 years and i have always had a wonderful experience great doctors. i recently got scheduled for an appointment with the University point Place office and it was my worst experience in all of my four years with them the doctor was so rude and disgusting that i didn’t even bother to stay for my son to be treated by her. She walked in the room criticizing me because i was 10 min late for the appointment because i got lost trying to find the place, she told me that she would see us this time but that the next time i needed to be more conciderate because she had other things to do. Not once did she ask what was going on with my son, not once did she ask to see what the problem was. and after she kept on with her slick comments i had to let her know how disgusting her attitude was and that she would not be treating my son with the attitude she had towards us. Sucks to say my son will not be revisiting Advanced derm anymore and Dr.Jackie does NOT deserve her job.
