He is a true artist!!! I had had two surgeries previously, both with world-renowned doctors, but none of them was able to give me the result I desired - a nice cleavage and Natural looking beautiful breasts. This time I'm finally happy with the result, and I'm a Virgo (perfectionists)!!! Dr. Ary Krau is very professional, sharp and intuitive. He took the time to listen to me carefully and repeated back to me what I wanted exactly in details, which was very impressive. And once we had agreed on all the details, he immediately recorded everything on a voice memo. Surgery itself went smooth. Staff very warm and helpful. Everything runs efficiently there that I did not have to wait much on every appointment. I went there a few times during my research period because this was my 3rd time so I wanted to take my time to find the right doctor. It took me 3 years to make the decision to go with him and I seriously cannot be happier. My massage therapist told me "whoever did your surgery is an amazing doctor because there is no tension or trauma to the body, and I see a lot of these." I'm very very grateful for this experience and the result.

Incredible may not be enough to describe Dr. Krau and his amazing staff. I have waited nearly 10 years to find the right doctor to perform my surgery, I went to multiple consultations and read through thousands of reviews and profiles on Realself until I found him. I'm only a week into my recovery and my results are above and beyond what I had ever imagined. I can't thank Dr. Krau and his brilliant, kind, warm, and friendly staff enough. He is a true breast genius with the best support team in the world!

Dr Krau is incredible! If you are contemplating Breast Augmentation contemplate no further. 18 months ago I had a mommy makeover and the breast augmentation portion was never done properly. The implant never sat correctly and my nipples fell out of every piece of clothing that I had. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. 12 months ago the original surgeon attempted to fix the original work and nothing changed. My breasts remained lopsided and my nipples were still in the wrong place. 3 months ago I had him look at them again and because I was hesitant to repeat the same failed process I decided to get a second opinion. I had seen some of Dr. Krau's work in person and I was greatly impressed so I scheduled a consultation. After assessing the damage, which included slipping implants, dimpling off the skin and my nipples being located too high, he also found capsular contraction in both breasts. After he assured me that there was still hope and that he could fix the work that was previously done, I confidently decided to try again. WOW is only three letters but it says so very much. I cried when I first saw my breasts only a few hours after my operation. Dr.Krau, moved my implants to under the muscle and even swollen they looked amazing. I am now 17 days post-op .and I can not believe my eyes. Not only are my breasts perfect but even the scaring this time is 80% less aggressive and my healing process has been amazingly fast. If you want to have your breasts done, look no further, don't make the mistake and have to get them fixed again, have them done right the first time. If you have issues like I had, or want to enhance or reshape your breasts, the answer is simple. Go see Dr. Krau ! I did not believe this level of repair was even possible and I am blown away by the results, they have far exceeded any of my expectations.
