UNETHICAL OFFICE COORDINATOR! I had a consult this past Friday (5/6/16) at which time the office coordinator Monica Ortega presented me with the option of paying 10K on the spot to get into surgery June 2016. Too good to be true?! I couldn't really think it over (as I wasn't expecting this after they told me over the phone that there is a 2 year waiting list with what she said "thousand of people waiting")...I paid and left, and I called back less than 2 hours later (4:20pm), because I realized I just about made the hastiest mistake of my life (I have my phone records to prove it), and they informed me that she has left for the day. I called on Monday morning at 9:05am, and 10:39am, and at 11:43am and left message upon message. She returned my call at 12:22pm stating that her office policy is to keep $1000 (which I signed) and she can't supersede that but will refund me $9000. The document states the following "A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due when scheduling the procedure to cover our costs in securing staff and supplies for your surgery". She also stated, that I can pass along the $1000 to anyone who wants to use it or I can have my primary send a letter stating that I'm not cleared for surgery. Long story short, you as a doctor (Dr. Miami), are only as amazing as the office staff that represents you, and frankly I'm surprised to see a religious man and a father of 5 allow this kind of rip off happening right under your nose. Look, if I would have waited even one business day (so you could actually provide some sort of service on my behalf) then at least I can swallow this, but I came to my senses in less than 2 hours and called. I get it! Monica, I get it! You need to make a commission, but make it honestly and be kind because it will bring you future return business. Lastly, if you have patients backed up until November 2017, then you really should be gracious and refund the money which you didn't earn in the first place....End to the story was that I called my bank who gave me a full refund as by law you have 3 days to decline a business contract and receive a full refund.

My surgery was on 6/5/18! Dr. Miami and his staff all are amazing. They really love what they do and make you feel at home in their office, which is very important for patients traveling out of state. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my procedure was being done by the best and in his office instead of a hospital. They are just as amazing and as sweet as they seem on Snapchat. I definitely recommend Dr Miami to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I personally had a BBL and Breast Augmentation with a fat transfer to the hips and he made my dream body a reality for me. I feel so lucky to have been able to travel to Miami for my surgery and it was definitely worth every penny! Dr. Miami and his staff made sure I felt comfortable at all times and the environment in his office is great, so welcoming, and everyone is so caring and loving. When I first woke up in Recovery after my procedure Chelsea was there with a smile on her face to make sure I was feeling okay and she was amazing at dealing with my silliness from the anesthesia 😂 Tatiana was amazing as well, she kept me calm and reassured me that everything was gonna be okay before I went in for my surgery! Barry is a sweetheart and made everything a breeze, I didn’t even realize when he put the needle in me for the IV he was so caring and had me laughing before I went to sleep! The entire staff truly love what they do and make everything easy for the patient. While I was recovering they checked on me daily and even sent a nurse by to give me a bath and see how I was healing. Recovery was actually a breeze, I hired a nurse through Yeni, her name was Diana and she took such great care of me! I was expecting to feel much worse from reviews I’ve read on RealSelf, ladies don’t let those scare you it’s not as bad as some make it seem! I did have two drains and let me tell you they are worth it! I got my drains removed at one week post op by the wonderful Maria and I didn’t feel anything, it wasn’t painful at all! If you are considering a BBL or any other cosmetic procedure, Dr. Miami is the BEST! Thank you Dr. Miami and staff for making my dreams come true!!! (:

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A DOLLAR SIGN!!! I booked in September 2017 and paid my $11,000 balance in full within two weeks. I received a date in 2019, but had to cancel two weeks l later. I contacted Arianny who said that they would process my refund within 30 days. Well it has since been over 40 days waiting on a refund. Also, she is trying to keep $2000 for holding a surgery date in 2019 for two weeks!!! Why do I owe them $2000??? Please book with an office that communicates and holds themselves accountable.

I am so disappointed of this Dr Miami and the staff unfortunately is all about MONEY and what he’s focus is to be like DJ KHALEB style OR FAME THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA but when is about patient satisfaction is so POOR nobody answer calls or messages, I spend in my surgery with him $15.000 and he’s not even recommend me massages for my Lipo, now is forming around my back and thighs bills of fat and he wants to charge me again $7000 and don’t even have 6 month since I did my surgery, I should have some warranty after my post op surgery It is RESLLY BAD SERVISE THE DOCTOR AND THE STAFF THE WORSE IS A DISASTER
