I had the best experience with Dr. Ghersei. From the first consultation to the post op he and the staff were so great and knowledgeable. I had a breast augmentation and a fat transfer. Everything looks AMAZING! I couldn't be happier with my results.

I have the worst experience in this place!! My surgery with Dr. Marcelo Ghersi has been a nightmare; and I can not stop crying while I'm writing this lines... I was supposed to get married this December 2017, and I postponed it due to all the inconvenience, pain, and bad outcomes of this surgery. I paid him $9.000 for a breast implant exchange, liposuction level 1, and liposuction that he recommended me to do on my neck. Well, the three surgeries was unsuccessful. First, my left breast is completely deformed, and it still hurts. Second, I can't straight my neck anymore, or do Yoga, and I have lumps all over my neck. Third, the inner and outer thigh lipo I didn't see any results, and after 6 months I only have ugly scars, lumps, and bruises. Date of surgery 06/28/17 at 11am. I arrived at 10am with my stomach empty as they told me. As soon as I arrived, the Patient Cordinator Keidy told me that they have an emergency with another patient and that I need to wait. Well, they ended moving my surgery 3 hours later without previews notice, and putting on my time surgery schedule another person, so I ended up going into the operating room at 2pm. Dr. Ghersi and his assistant named Keidy lied to me. They both told me that my surgery will last 2 hours and 30 minutes because it was a time consuming surgery. Then, The nurse who help me to recovery after surgery told me that my surgery last 50 minutes. How is it possible that my surgery last only 50 minutes? Such small amount of time! Well, the answer is obviously clear with all the evidence and the bad outcomes. Time was not enough for my surgery; and my surgery was neglected by Dr. Ghersi. Also, my two family members who where waiting for me outside got impressed of how quick the surgery finished. Adding more, on my second week of post operatory surgery, the person who removed my stitches was Clara Martinez the "ESTHETICIAN" it wasn't Dr. Ghersi or a nurse. Then, I realised that I was in the wrong place with the wrong people. Dr. Ghersi, Admited that my surgery was unsuccessful, and called himself " Eminence" with prepotent attitude. Also, he offered me a revision surgery, and I only need to pay the anestesia. I can't do another surgery with Dr. Gersi. I have seen enough negligence in his office to go and risk my life again.This surgery cost me more than money!! My health isn't the same, I have phobias, my entire life changed, I postponed my wedding, my whole summer wasted trying to recuperate from pain, scars and without able to work. I will continue sharing my experience because nobody deserves to go through the same thing, and being used as a money tool.

I've thought about getting a breast augmentation for years but never really thought I would. A friend of mine got hers done and I thought they looked great and it motivated me to go to her doctor, Dr. Altman. I looked up his work and all the girls online looked so natural. When I went to my consultation I was so scared but everyone made me feel very comfortable. It's only been a 4 weeks since my surgery and I feel great. My boobs look exactly how I imagined them to and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is great as well, and I've never waited long for an appointment. Everyone including Dr. Altman responds to any emails very quickly so that all of your questions are answered right away. I'm very happy with my decision to go to Dr. Altman at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami. Everyone at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami is so nice and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable there and everyone knows your name. Dr. Altman helped me find the perfect size breasts for me and made me feel safe and confident about surgery. My experience was great and I couldn't imagine going through this procedure anywhere else or with any other doctor. I would suggest anyone looking to do any kind of procedure to go with Dr. Altman. I can promise you that he's the best!

Dr. Altman was the very best! I am so so so happy with the results of my breast augmentation. They look so natural and feel amazing. The recovery was a breeze compared to what I've heard about other plastic surgeons. His staff is absolutely incredible and so friendly!
