Phenomenal. No other word to describe the experience I had today in the office from beginning to end. From the time when I entered until I left, the experience and interaction with the staff was incredible. They were very detailed and Phoenix was great examining me, explaining everything and finding the best solution for my medical needs. Front desk staff was great, friendly and very professional. I would recommend this office in a heart beat to anyone who needs a Dermatologist.

Had a great experience. I loved Phoenix and she did a good job of doing my first full body scan. She also did a great job of removing a mole, freezing off a skin tag, and burning off another skin tag. Now, a few days later, I am healing well and happy with the results!

The team is nice and friendly. I don't personally like how service/practice prices change at the time of check out or once you're sitting in their chair. This has occurred three times. I was told on ALL occasions that either prices or promotions ended or they had a price increase. Pricing shifted after being quoted a dollar amount. This seems to be the common norm.

The nurse Practitioner that I saw Phoenix was excellent. However, the office staff is horrible. I called to inform I was late, but they claimed they left a voice mail on my phone stating they cancelled, which I never received and they never made sure that I was informed. I travelled to see Phoenix and ended up going back home without seeing her. Smh

I had an appointment at Advanced Dermatologist on Alafaya on July of 2018. Had skin biopsies done. In that appointment I was told everything was covered by my insurance. Now I get a $1,353.00 bill from the Lab they used. I called my insurance and found out that Advanced Dermatology at Alafaya Trail used a lab that is out of network and my insurance won’t cover plus they didn’t even get a prior Authorization that is required by my insurance. I have been trying to contact them for a almost a month. Nobody answers calls or replies to emails. Do yourself a favor a stay away from from Advanced Dermatology.
