I went in for information, and they couldn’t have been more unprofessional! They saw me standing in front of the reception and no one had the courtesy of offering help, I approached one of the girls at the window and told her I wanted information about the ear, nose and throat doctor. She looked at me and asked me: “what do you want to know?” I looked at her and said: do you have a doctor that specializes in those areas?! She finally woke up and told me they had five, and gave me their names. Didn’t even ask if I wanted an appointment. Finally I told her I had medical insurance, and she told me there are only certain kinds of medical insurances they accept ((without even looking at my card). I asked them which ones do you accept and she didn’t know. Someone sitting next to her wearing a doctor’s jacket didn’t know how to answer either. “It all depends what kind of network they have. But I know for a fact that specific group number we don’t accept. To which I asked: is it because it’s an HMO? And she looked like she didn’t know that term. All through this, they were both interrupting me to talk to every person who approached the window. At that point I grabbed my purse to leave and then they change their tune. I wanted information about other treatments and it was given to me with no sense of privacy or time for me. It gave me the impression of a very commonly place. Not even crazy I would entrust any part of my face or body to these people! The only reason I’m giving one star rating it’s because There’s no choice. If I could I would give a minus one!
