Always a pleasant staff, and Henry is awesome. I have had 2 Mohs procedures and both of the physicians they had (one left to Miami) did one each. I have no scar at all on my face. They explain everything step by step, even ask if you want to look at what they have done, to which I did not. Do not rush at all. Answers questions with a thorough explanation. Has nice bedside manner.

I am not sure if there are new front desk women but the last two times I have gone there they were bitches. It's not what they said it was how they said it, their demeanor, their tone, etc. I definitely do not feel comfortable communicating with them, they seemed very judgmental regarding the women that choose to come in for lip injections etc. (a conversation I over heard) The Dr's are extremely nice!!! If it weren't for the Dr's I would never go back. Front desk girls need to put a fake smile on and stop complaining about the rest of the staff in front of patients.

I came in with an eyelid issue and a corresponding issue on my chest area. The person whom I saw, Henry, seemed to be in a rush. Later, after the appointment, he was driving recklessly in a nearby parking lot and almost hit me! Aside from that, he was kind enough to prescribe ointments for the issue, but he misdiagnosed the condition. I went to my opthamologist upon getting no result from the ointment and increased swelling/pain, and found the actual cause. The opthamologist prescribed a strong oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic ointment; I got relief within 2 hours. I cannot say that the young lady assisting Henry was either helpful or pleasant. It seems to me that a provider's personal opinions of a patient should be set aside for good care. She did not offer me a paper gown before I saw the doctor, and I had to ask for one [the first time EVER in 45 years of seeing physicians]. Her sneering response, "Oh, some people like to sit there with nothing on". Really creepy. Really. In general, the environment and staff have been quite pleasant here over the years I have been seen, and I am happy to see Kristin, but NEVER again with Henry or his bizarre assistant.

My first appointment at this facility was for a normal skin checkup. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Sotomayor is extremely thorough in his examination. One small area on my check (pre-cancer due to sun exposure) was taken care of without any problems, and they answered all my questions. This staff will be my dermatologist from now on.
