This was my first visit to Advanced Dermatology... It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful with the electronic paperwork done on a tablet. Very hi tech and cool. Sophie was very thorough in her full body scan. I had a biopsy and a mole removed and it was quick and relatively painless. Everyone was very kind and considerate. From the beginning to the end it was a positive experience.I was in and out in an hour!

On-time visit. Sophie is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - who could ask for more? This was the first visit. My next visit was with the PA, not Sophie. I waited an hour in the exam room, dressed in the paper gown. The exam was no where near as thorough as Sophie's. Will not have that PA ever again! VERY disappointed.

Reception staff & appointment making are very good. No MD however. Physician's Assistants seem very qualified and take plenty of time with patients. My HMO co-pay is only $5.00 (OPTIMUM). The skin is our body's largest organ... take care of it.

I had skin cancer surgery 3/12/19. No precautionary antibiotics prescribed. On Thur 3/14 suspected Infection called and finally after a couple calls I was told I could come up and they would find someone to check it. After 1 1/2 hr I complained about the wait. They had the office Mgr look at my wound. It was swollen, red and hot. The pain was more extreme than I thought was right. She said no itâ€™s fine, Put a pressure dressing on it and told me to leave it on several days. Still no antibiotics. When I took off the pressure bandage it was obviously infected. Finally got an appointment to have it checked. Sophie immediately prescribed antibiotics and cultured it. Sutures torn out it was a mess. Turned out to be staff, this was not handeled well from the start. As of now itâ€™s over six weeks. And two rounds of antibiotics. Spent weeks off my leg and with it elevated. Your call center is a joke, when I called on the second day after surgery with my concerns. Was told there was nothing available for a week. I persisted and finally got to the office. I will heal up, but your office did a poor job of taking care of me.
