Doc is great ! But Waiting for doctor takes about 45- to hour wait to be seen . Front staff has no idea what to do. I have been waiting for a call back 4 1/2 months for perception to be corrected . I call every 2 weeks 3x . No one picks up. I leave a message . Or I get a front office assistant take my information and tells me she will call me back in 5 mins. And obviously no call back . Iâ€™m fed up !

I have had sensitive skin my entire life, close to 7 decades. I have been to 29 dermatologists since 2010 with intense pain and suffering. All were highly recommended. Only one cared about me and listened to the variables that extended to my skin condition and things that helped and things that did not help. That doctor is Dr. Hicks. Not only is she an exceptional dermatologist, she is also an incredible plastic surgeon. Being in my late 60s and looking like I am in my late 40s is partially due to her amazing skill and artistic ability to enhance personal appearance. I was blessed with attractive looks, but Dr. Hicks worked with my budget to maximize the most to enhance my looks. All doctors may have degrees, but a limited number have the gift of their field. Dr. Hicks is gifted, caring and one of the few truly talented doctors I have met and made a part of my personal medical team. Your health is only as good as the ability of your doctor's skill and knowledge. I hope she can give you the help she has given to me.

Trust the reviews! Front desk staff very rude and condescending. When asked question about why I had to sign agreeing to opt in receptionist said because it's our paperwork just opt out later. Then when I stated this was inconvenience why not just never opt in wish I had been sent this in advance of coming to appt, her reply well you still have time just leave. Then when I missed initial on a paper due to clipboard covering portion asking to initial lines she stated is that your initial or a check mark how about give your initial if you want to be seen. Her demeanor continued only getting worse. Also was overcharged copay even after showing where it stated on card what amount should be. Will never return as I refuse to be spoken to and treated that way simply because their receptionist don't have proper people skills.

I waited almost an hour to get to see the PA. This is not the norm for this office, but it was this day. I won't get into details, but feel I was over charged as well.

This is the WORST Advanced Dermatology office I have ever been to. The employees are always having to be explained to 100 different times what or why you are calling and then when you try to confirm with them, they give you the attitude. I also had to call back for 3 weeks in a row just to try to get one question answered. The only reason why I have to go back is to follow up with the doctor. Let me be clear, the doctor that I have seen was awesome and very helpful. The other employees, especially the front desk, ARE RUDE AND JUST FLAT OUT UNPROFESSONAL! As soon as I go to my follow up appointment, I will be going to a different office for sure.
