The Dr Johnson & the staff here are beyond words amazing! They got me in same day for an emergency wisdom tooth! Ruthy was so kind & concerned for me when I called. I felt like family here! Everyone is kind, compassionate & gentle! It only took 2 minutes to pull it & I felt no pain! Dr Johnson is so down to earth & gentle! This was my 1st time having a tooth pulled & I'm so grateful I found this place! You will feel like a princess in the beautiful roman themed office in Clermont! Very affordable! Thank you for helping me get relief! I feel great! I will be back for the other 3! God bless!

I am totally disappointed in the care/treatment i received from receptionist and office manager. I have never experienced this attitude in any other practice. Dr Johnson was very short-sighted and unprofessional with me. I will never recommend this practice and will discourage anyone i know from visiting their office. Based on my previous experience, the CLINICAL staff was very professional and courteous. I wish i could say the same for management and the front office. From a previous post from the office manager, please be assured the office will NOT go to the ends of the earth to take care of patients. This is the only post i have ever made in my life and this one is surely warranted. In response, crying..............really. Perhaps your unwillingness to listen to what REALLY happened predicated your close-minded response and rash decision. I did not yell at your rude receptionist. It was not about an occupied handicapped spot. You refused to listen to the true problem. I explained my concern to your receptionist and when she apparently didn't care i asked to speak to the office manager.Had the manager listened to the true reason, this situation could have been resolved. Given your inability to make a professional decision, I will be taking your parking situation to the state authorities. By the way, the person parked there had no physical reason to be parked there. Laziness is not an viable excuse to park in the handicapped spot. Being in a wheelchair is. Additional parking................ridiculous!!!!

I have just moved to Florida a few months and very glad I found Dr, Johnson and his staff. Everyone is very nice and want to make sure everything is alright. I have found my new doctor here in Clermont. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Johnson and if you are looking I would strongly recommend. I am writing another review about Dr. Johnson and his staff. I have been going to Dr. Johnson for almost five years since I moved to Florida. He is excellent as well as his staff and they always have time to fit me in their busy schedule. I will continue to go to Dr. Johnson and I would strongly recommend him.

Dr. Johnson took great care of my son for his surgery. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Gave thorough instructions on post care and the office called to check on him the following day. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were seen in both offices and had great experiences at each one. Would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Johnson.

It's two years later, but I'll tell ya, I'm STILL recommending Dr. Johnson to people. I needed my wisdom teeth taken out and had scheduled a surgery with their Leesburg office and another doctor but was called at 6:30 the morning of the 8:00 surgery and was told that they needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was sick. I explained that I was visiting from out of town and needed my surgery that day, so Dr. Johnson came in early to his Clermont office to do my surgery. I had three wisdom teeth removed and was able to eat at the end of the day. Didn't even need pain medication. He did a fantastic job. I no longer live in the area, but if I did, I'd utilize their services more often. They also worked with me on payment AND offered care credit. There was some confusion with payment down the road, but it was resolved. One of the staff members was rude concerning payment. She had no patience for me, someone who, at the time, was uneducated in payment plans, care credit, etc. But I don't even remember who it was and they probably don't work there anymore anyways. Great experience, overall! And... I'm disabled, though not to the naked eye. And yes, I need handicap spots sometimes. Just as much as anyone else. I thought the parking was great. We had no problem accessing the office.
