Spent $15=20K with this group and results are pathetic. They make fun of Bosley that is less then half the price and their work which is very subpar judging by results, Follow-up visits even with Bassin himself, the main Dr, admitting he had bad employees and poor results and a promise to fix their poor practices...still cant get Ron or the Doctor to followup and fix their bad work. Sad..money grubbing operation as I see it! Stay away folks its a huge scam here!

Thank You . Over the top good customer service. Wish I would have known you guys years ago. The procedure is looking really good.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Bassin. I thought I would be in excellent hands. He performed my upper blepharophy not very long ago. Over past year, both eyelids haven been forming large "fatty sacks". The fatty sacks are now so bad, I need a revision. S C A R Y! The "fat sacks" are drooping over 1/3 of inner eyelid! Consulted with 3 board certified plastic & reconstructive surgeons and YES, I need a revision this soon! ***I realize there are risks in all cosmetic procedures. Advice: RESEARCH ALL SURGEONS AND THEIR "WORK".

Making up for to much sun and to little attention to our skin. This time was husband and I both went in and had treatments. Our skin looks quit nice and its only been 2 months since the procedure. The clinic did a top notch job again. Thank You to the staff.

Came in to the office for a free consult . Not sure what I wanted or what was available. They really were informative on new things to look younger than your age. I ended up a few weeks later getting a face lift. The process was flawless never a doubt in my mind. They worked slow and easy . The doctor was pleasant and his two nurses were also good . The time went fast during the procedure . About maybe 4 weeks later the skin was really different . I feel it was a good investment as I am in the public as a realtor . .
