Dr Potparic performed a Rhinoplasty for me. After a consultation I found him to be affordable, informative, and the entire staff was really friendly. I’ve had a memorably positive experience with each staff member, from the initial phone call to the follow up appointments after the procedure. Maria and Elle were helpful with setting up appointments for me and handling the financial aspect of everything. Once they told me the price, I didn’t have to pay for anything beyond that. There were no extras or added fees, and I was given info on payment options. Dr Potparic and Nurse Kim were available to answer all questions before and after the procedure and called to check up a few times while I recovered. They were even nice enough to ask about my boyfriend, who embarrassingly fainted when he picked me up after surgery. We joked about it at my follow-up appointment, where we were greeted with smiles. I’m extremely happy with the results and care I received. I would recommend Dr Potparic to my loved ones.
